This in a reply chain of an OP basically asking why "morally correct" laws and choices can even be challenged in court in the first place. (and later the assertion that explicit unconstitutionality is irrelevant if "morally correct")

It's quite terrifying that people like this actually get a vote.. Talk about an actual threat to democracy and legal norms/order.

File a report with CPS.

Looking back it's wild how spooky that is. Like, imagine, you hear your son or nephew call your wife/sister a bitch. I learned about this from a documentary on drug use in human history i watched, it was some tribe in the mongolian taiga (or snow niggers in Canada? It's been a while) they gave as an example, the chief got to load up on shrooms and then his piss got drank by the next high-standing tribe member, this went on till even the lowest serf had his fill and the whole tribe supposedly was tripping balls in the end.

This is absolutely fucking brutal. Check out that guy's comment history, he is completely adamant that everything he believes to be morally correct is objectively morally correct, everybody else agrees that it's objectively morally correct, and the only reason anyone goes against it is because they're either evil or being paid off. How incredibly sheltered do you have to be? I mean let alone the fact that the only people sharing his braindead type of neoliberalism are like half of white folx (so 5% world population max), he is choosing an incredibly contentious topic for this, student loan forgiveness. Can he not see how other people - those that will have to pick up the bill - do not see it as undeniably objectively morally right to just forgive (=make others pay) the loans people willingly took up, knowing full well beforehand what the conditions of paying them back were?

Terminal autism. His edit on that it was only the adult characters he incorporated lets you know he definitly wrote a part including the female kid character, would explain the girlfriends reaction. Normally i'd say the whole thing is fake and gay but the story has that ultra-naive, autistic feel to it that convinces me that this actually happened.
