do burger companies really do this? do they not realize how disgustingly patronizing and infantilizing this is towards their employees? or do they just not give a shit and think that treating workers like fucking kindergarten age children is just fine?
It's reddit so it's probably fake but if it's not it's probably from a small business owned by a boomer who pulled himself up with his own bootstraps.

i'd quit right there by saying that whoever wrote this was someone really, really, really fucking dumb and stupid.
as much as i hate r/antiwork, sometimes they manage to hit.

I have to reluctantly agree with Reddit on this one.

That's some of the most embarrassing Facebook-boomer shit I've ever read in my life.
I'd nope out of any job that had that because it is obvious they would renege on any deal they made and fuck you over. The thing more or less says they intend to bend you over and ream you, and you'd best smile when they do.
