They tricked some retard higher-up with security clearance into handing over their login info.
They probably linked some lookalike site that they built to look like reddit, then the admin entered their login info, and it was sent to the hackers.
Hackers then use that retard's security clearance to download documents/source code/employee personal info.

Basically, this is why you don't give top level security clearance to complete retards.
Also pretty retarded that their system does not check a person's IP address before letting them download precious secret company info.

apparently the hackers cloned reddit's corporate intranet login portal and got the phish-ee to sign in to that somehow. the bigger question in my mind is how they even had access to the intranet in the first place to copy it properly, seems like at least a partial inside job.
