After a OneDrive deleting un-uploaded local files fiasco I cursed Microsoft and finally left their grip. I had been toying with the idea for months since Windows 11 is so anti-user.
The kid heard all of this, and I ended up spending a few hours getting Fedora + Nvidia GPU to work(asus laptop). I explained this is why I couldn't play minecraft with him yet. I needed to get Linux working.
Fast forward to yesterday, he is signed out of his M$ account for the 100th time when trying to change minecraft skins. I remind him Microsoft sucks, and he said the words "NOoOoO I don't want Microsoft, I want Linux

God damn dude, that gives me incredible nostalgia. Back before r/TiA was overrun by seething feminists, when we just laughed at these stupid kids on tumblr. Before we knew about the rampant pedophilia and bathtub HRT.

I found this incredible specimen, btw. Of note is that several posts on the front page of that sub right now state the user's preferred age range on posts looking for other spergs to interact with. It's always around 15. It could be the posters are around that age themselves, the level of cringe would fit, but this blob is definitely way older than that.

Aren't most Predditors childless and childfree, including Antiwork? Aren't a lot of them disgusted by children and everything that has to do with them? Weird to see one bring FML up as a good thing.
 
Shitty webcomic artist is upset because people are mean to her on the internet. Can’t let anyone stop me from drawing my bland comics #gurlpwr. Reddit simps out in force defending m’lady. Not sure if it was her or other people that started drawing her self insert character nude but I’m pretty sure that’s what she is actually mad about and why people are calling her a whore

Heh, I noticed the same thing. Was using read-only mode the last few weeks to keep tabs on a few actually decent subs. Does old.reddit work in mobile mode on browser?

I'm not the first person to say it, but I think I'll just stop using that God-forsaken website now. Unfortunate though, because those niche subreddits can be invaluable for nonpozzed discussion and fixing tech issues.

I don’t know how recent this is but the character isn’t too far off from how she actually looks. Although her art style is reminiscent of the Daria time period.
