Both. Although even with the ones that are real people, they are so functionally brainrotted that there is no real difference. The unfortunate thing is that despite all the fagging it's still one of the better places to get first-hand information on a lot of obscure tech-related stuff. Wish one day they'd bite the bullet and enforce political neutrality/escapes with paid moderation, then the site would be usable without blocking 500+ subs again, whiny bitching be damned, but that costs money so that'll never happen.

I doubt the AI bots even look at a post's photo when generating replies and instead just go off the title. The title didn't include "pepsi" so it was never mentioned.

I really do believe that 99% of the big subs like mildlyinteresting are bot comments.

Western European governments can jail people for dissent "hate speech" (especially in the UK and Germany), crime there has been ever-rising as unchecked mass immigration lets in endless waves of military-aged men "refugees" from 3rd world countries, there has been an energy crisis, and AFAIK there is usually no equivalent of a 2nd Amendment. Also, copyright laws have a "moral rights" concept there.

Unless of course such a state is seen as the ideal state. Then America is "fundamentally fucked up", from such a different viewpoint.
