Well, as it is obvious from the premise - this way of thinking requires a lot of mental conditioning to be accepted, and as I said this degenerative and illogical way of thinking was sowed in the minds of European political class by cold war-era USA. The plan here was to gain controlled allies against USSR, naturally, but over time Europe began depending more and more on the US - which led to a lot of american political methods seeping into Europe, where they would never have been applied before. It got to the point that people debate whether white Europeans who have lived on certain lands for centuries are "indigenous" or not, implying there might've been negroes or some type of brown folk living before them there. It's idiotic.

It's propaganda - and one of the main qualities of propaganda is being absurd. Unfortunately, with the right justification it's actually easier to believe in something absurd. The claim that a person is responsible for their ancestor's crimes was viewed as unreasonable even 2000 years ago, but modern EU politicians seem to lag behind even that. Or the claim that one side of a conflict is inherently evil, which is what the current German foreign relations minister thinks in regards to Russia; Or that savages from a third world country magically turn civilized once civilization accepts them... I can go on but I think everyone writing here already heard this type of nonsense before.
