Really makes you wonder why corporations pushed wokeshit so hard when its most diehard supporters drive away profits. If everyone acted like Bluesky, resetera and hardcore reddit users did, civilization would collapse and not a single company would make quarterly profit gains, which is all they give a shit about. I get how some companies have endless pools of money to push "the message" but at what point does it become a hopeless money pit?

Maybe it was just social engineering from NGO's.

If any of these people woke up as the god emperor of earth tomorrow, they could not possibly describe how they would redistribute Israel between the Jews and Palestinians, because they have never had a single actual thought about it.

Hence queers for Palestine makes sense. They combine the inherent virtue of beeing a homosexual with the virtue of fighting for crying brown child. They do not envision a Palestinian state, they don't care about such a thing. It's all about themselves.

There are countless cases similar to the whole Israel vs. Palestine thing across the world, and yet no attention is ever brought to any of these countries. And the thing is that it is not even because they are actively avoiding discussion of it, but rather they genuinely have no clue what is even happening outside of their little bubbles. I understand protesting against the idea of sending money and soldiers to Israel if you are a US citizen, as those are your tax dollars that are being siphoned to a country you have no connection to. But there's the catch, the average Redditor has close to absolutely no real involvement with the conflict. They do not have the single slightest idea of what's actually going on around them, and only comprehend vague ideas of the evil military complex crushing the oppressed little guys because it's what the daily news pushes to them.

You're giving them too much credit. The pro-Palestine argument is used as a grift for criminally online people to signal that they could, on some level, be bothered to care about the unfairness of what is happening to those in Gaza. And when people like are done making little videos and comics and what-have-you about starving Palestinian children, they recline on their couches with Trader Joe's ravioli and wine and watch Netflix slop until their eyes dry.

It was actually the government, most notably the California state government that really got the ball rolling on wokeshit in corporate America by tying state pension funds to ESG performance.

ESG was the gateway towards forcing companies to be woke and implement DEI hiring preferences if they wanted financing from the big investment firms that had all of that state pension money in their coffers.

I will defend Paranorman as it was one line at the very end where a girl was crushing on this jock the entire movie trying to talk to him, she asks him if they want to see some movie and he replies "Oh yeah, that sounds great. My boyfriend loves rom-coms" so really played for laughs rather then the typical grooming shit you see in most modern media.

Honestly decent enough movie.
