Honestly, I think the majority of people end up regretting their tattoos - considering how popular laser tattoo removal is (despite costing 1,000+ per session - with no guarantee that it'll even remove said tattoo!).

On the topic of costing thousands, that Rayquasa sleeve *giggles* must have cost a pretty penny/required multiple tattoo artist sessions. You'd think he'd have had a moment of clarity at some point, and put a stop to that monstrosity.
