"My parents taught me from birth that it's ok to break the law!" Really isn't a mindset we need more of, especially not with business people.

Following this logic, if he wants to start up a new company but finds there's some kind of safety regulation in the way, should he just ignore it? Why not, it worked for his mom! He's a law abiding citizen so long as you don't count that time he broke the law, so the government should give him a break and work with him down the line if they find out.

It's much easier to skip that question altogether and just kick out the people who think they're special exemptions.

It's actually true. Those dyed-hair they/them type West Coast women are probably the only kind of people who actually enjoy working as a Starbucks Barista. Therefore they are more motivated to actually to work and thus make an actually good tasting slop coffee "drink". They actually do kind of LARP as if they're a true & honest coffee barista in scenic Italy or Australia, so they go above and beyond trying to mimic their techniques and shit and it actually kind of makes a better drink. Though this is all anecdotal, I wouldn't be surprised if someone is making a scientific paper out of it.
Whereas your average migrant or normal looking guy doesn't actually enjoy his Starbucks job (go figure) so it doesn't taste as well because they halfheartedly make it so they can move on to the next customer.
