You know what? I am in a good mood, so let me simp a bit for reddit today.

One thing i always found curious about reddit is that you can find some very good discussions in circlejerk subs. IDK why that is, but back when i used reddit daily the best discussions and information was in some random comment sections of some random memes in some random circlejerk subreddit. For example the mainsub for the manga Berserk is absolute cancer, while berserklejerk had some of the most in-depth, respectful discussion about the source material. Same with magicthecirclejerking, dankruto, soccercirclejerk, shittydarksouls and a lot more i don't remember anymore. Idk if it is still the same to this day but a few years ago circlejerk subs had a lot of hidden value inside them. Probably because of the lighter tone or something, people seemed more chill than in the mainsubs. Of course at the end it was still reddit, you'll never be able to escape their retardation fully but still, some of them were pretty refreshing. Hell, i even remember a time when gamingcirclejerk was a pretty good sub, with fun memes and good discussion before they completely rotted away.

Also a few memesubs were pretty funny, like perfectlycutscreams or contagiouslaughter. The pcbuilding sub helped me save a ton of money and bad decisions when i asked for advice. I still think there are pockets of value to be found. You just need to stay away from popular or all, stay away from everything that could be mainstream or political and don't sub to more than 3-4 subreddits at once. Never comment, no matter how tempting - speaking with redditors is more frustrating than pulling teeth. As much as it sucks but reddit is still one of the best sites to find communities for various niche and obscure topics. And those small pockets tend to be pretty chill and detached from the reddit retardation.

In terms of autism reddit also constantly delivers like this thread shows. AITAfiltered, changemyview, askreddit are amazing breedinggrounds for your daily doses of getting MATI.

I also think that the general redditormindset is pretty fascinating to observe, if i were a scholar i'd love to write a thesis about your typical redditor.

Yes and no, it's because circlejerk subs are tired of normal discussions being shallow so they can be more through in their discussions.
But at the same time you can get doublejerk where they're just contrarians. We all know gamingcirclejerk is just "gamers bad!" now. So is stuff like saltierthankrayt.

i have observed my fair share of troons when i was deep into leftie shit so i will give my 2 cents on this
if they talk about their titties or 'vagina' too much theyre probably a troon
if they infantilize themselves more than often (e.g. skirt go spinny spinny) theyre a troon
if they use :3 they could be a troon
i know some of these are present in actual women but the majority that do this are troons

I've found on reddit that if they bring up they're a woman when it's not necessary or relevant, it is a troon.

It goes another layer deeper, actually. There was another sub made, r/AgainstDegenerateSubs that was ostensibly for identifying subs where people were sharing/selling CSAM, but the mods ended up requiring people to submit their NCMEC Report Number along with their post because so many people were just using the sub as a cp aggregator.

This guy was lucky that he didn't damage or destroy the car, other than needing an alignment done. And I also don't know why you would tattoo a fail moment like this on your body.

But then again, Nissan drivers are on their own level in terms of stupidity. It's as if the Nissan VQ engine infects its ordinary drivers and turns them into reckless douchebags.
