Normal people can never replace them because normal people have jobs, they have families they spend time with, they have friends, they have a social life and they are members of clubs and sport-teams and have hobbies. They have vacations, because they have jobs, so they travel and experience the outside world. They go to restaurants to dine with their spouse and friends. They have children they spend time playing and enjoying time with. They play videogames with their kids, they go on bicycle rides with their kids, they go campoing with their kids. They are active in their kids school. They have BBQ in the backyard with their neighbors. etc etc etc.
Normal people do all this normal shit that a reddit jannie does not even know exists.
Thus you can never compete with a reddit jannie. He can spend all his time he is awake on doing unpaid tranny janny pretend work from his basement. All day, every day, without any distraction. He does not need friends or compensation. The only thing he needs is that his elderly mom will microwave some tendies from time to time and bring down in his basement lair. That is all he needs.
That is why you can never compete with him or replace him.
The only thing that can replace a jannie is an AI bot. That is the only thing that can dedicate as much time as a tranny jannie on doing janny shit. And it can do it even cheaper.
