I agree with this, however I count evolution as part of God's brilliance. It's so intelligently designed that to me it doesn't make sense to be just by chance or just a theory. That animals change over time, that plants changed over time, that we ourselves also changed over time, all to be better suited to where we live and what we need to do to survive; it's just too amazing.

I can agree on the brilliance over nature, just don't think it's God's design. Pardon my atheism. I do adore nature's beautiful simplicity and thereby also it's complexity, but evolution is also just a thing that must happen if you have altering DNA. If one believes in adoptable traits from parents, one must also believe, by definition, in evolution. I find nature to be more beautiful when it all culminated from elements colliding together and butterfly-effecting literally everything we see today. The fact that humans were made from simple microscopic creatures who themselves burst from nothing but lifeless elements is something utterly wonderful and somewhat mind-boggling. We both see beauty, just differently.

Here's a post I made in the AI seething thread that also applies here. TL;DR a bunch of troons in the RPG Maker subreddit are about to lynch an asian for using AI to make plugins that sell better than their own, lovingly crafted by hand while wearing programmer socks plugins.
 
Very seriously, if that person can explain to me how even one single “preventable death” could have been prevented, with proof attached to it, I’d be willing to consider what they’re saying. They don’t even have to prove the “Pol Pot numbers”. Just a single one.

It’s not possible for them to do, because even if it were true, they’d be too stupid to be able to prove it anyway

I was talking with my dad and he was suddenly talking about how good NGOs were. He reads a lot of papers, I guess the MSM decided to run some puff pieces on NGOs after Elon cut off their gibs.
