I'm not religious, but this weird belief that science and a higher power can't exist never sat right. Nigga, if my fat ass can understand math and literature, some icon of divinity can do the same.

nobody tell him how many scientists and engineers throughout the years have been religious.
Literally zero. The first time you open a science textbook in the 6th grade you have a vision of Richard Dawkins and renounce all that superstitious nonsense called "religion". The only "scientists" that believe in your silly god are Young Earth Creationists like Ray Comfort. Checkmate, Christcuck. *tips fedora at you.* Shall we debate?

The funny thing is that Reddit atheist now hate Richard Dawkins because of his stance on trannies. All those years he bashed Christianity he was the "intelligent science man", now that he came out and said men can't become women, hes now a "Stupid old man who doesn't know what hes talking about"

Science and religion are not mutually exclusive, I will never understand this argument.
They see stupid shit that a small group of people believe, like "the Earth is only 6000 years old and dinosaur bones were placed there by Satan to trick us" and think "HA! Gotcha!"

I had an online friend that I talked to pretty often. We ended up in this limbo between relationship and friendship. We would show each other NSFW stuff but we never did anything physical. I showed them some photos of my penis and they liked them. They said I was hot, that they would enjoy being in bed with me. It made me feel a decent bit better about my size. A little while later, they confided in me that the reason they thought I was hot was because they’re a pedophile and I have a child’s penis. For as long as I live, this series of events is going to color my perception of myself. I’m never going to forget this.
I wonder if these posts are actually real, or if they're just people trolling.

Wannabe professional leftists mad when they're told that people who actually work are more relatable and nice on /r/leftist. Decide that aktually working class people volunteering for a campaign in their interests are stupid proles if you wanna know the truff about it
Working class people are awesome, leftists not so much... (archive)

Yup, there's a difference.

I recently started volunteering for a local candidate. He's anti-ICE, anti-AIPAC and is the only person fighting against a recent land grab that would absolutely wreck our community.

Among the volunteers are people from the community, mom & pop owners, students, laborers. But the core staff he/she hired seemed to me like those lefty kids you see that come from middle-income homes and major in something like labor relations or something and wear flannel shirts, septum piercings, tattoos and interesting t-shirts. The type of person you might see in Williamsberg.

The actual working people from the community are cool as f*ck and honestly inspiring. Not a single one of them passes me by without a smile, always dapping me up, asking about my family. Meanwhile, the actual organizers seem....weird.

It's like human interaction isn't natural to them. They have weird lingo they use with each other and this subtle air of superiority. When they speak it almost feels like there's a double meaning anything they say. The thing is, working class, common folk socialize very easily and wear their heart on their sleeve. They're actually incredibly warm and have a habit of doing nice things for each other without wanting anything in return.

But the staffers, who are central to organizing this stuff, they have that fake niceness I would notice in corporate types my whole life.

I've never seen two groups of people who are more aligned goal-wise, but so misaligned in mannerism. Donald Trump, who's a piece of shit, would get along better with us than these staffer types. I can't imagine sitting down and getting cool with these people, the fakeness would make me wanna blow my brains out.
As is reddit tradition, any unpopular talking point is not discussed, it's just 0 points (39% upvoted)

We start this intellectual debate with shaming OP for liking community volunteers over professional campaign staffers who have no connection to the community... because leftism is mostly about being an autistic cabal of pseudo-academic disconnected elites telling proles what to do

The boomer accusations fly as OP admits he likes people who smile and help their fellow man. Real coomunism is when we all are disconnected inidividuals who never interact, as Engls said somewhere probably in the capital-T Theory, probably (I didn't read it).

Next we have someone who accuses him of being a gen-z pick-me who tries to appeal to anyone with social skills (Karl Marx said real communism is when everyone communicates by tumblr and bluesky, btw)
1776569377254.png
Next we try to call OP a Seed and Feed type hick because communism is about aesthetics like nose rings. Trotsky popularized those I think.

If you're sensing a pattern here that the responses are shotgunning any vague criticism that will distract away from it being about some group of aspiring elites hating the workers, we get our lunch table kill shot. Someone tries to uno-reverse OP and act like he's truly the one how doesn't understand his glorious self-appointed superiors.

Hopefully the downvotes will make this ingrate appreciate his betters' intellectual and moral superiority and right to command society.

You can just argue that science explains the design of our universe as God created it and all their dipshit arguments go out the window. And this is coming from someone who is non religious lol
