Just to summarize politics on Reddit and to show any sceptic how fucked this place is: Here's the current frontpage of r/politics. Red bars are posts that mention Trump in the title. Most other posts also have top comments trashing Trump. [Archive]


Then there's r/OurPresident which is quite obviously being astroturfed aswell. Red bars show any post directly or indirectly mentioning Biden. It's not the main subreddit for Bernie supporters but still outstanding in how much it hates Biden. [Archive]


On a sidenote, here's an example of an obvious spam account, u/IrlOurPresident. Accounts like these spam half-truths like this rape accusation all around Reddit, with literally no repercussions. [Archive]


You know the best thing about this? Finding all of this out only took like half an hour of browsing through some political subreddits. It takes literally minimal effort to realize you are being manipulated on Reddit.
