Speaking of r/rightwingLGBT getting canned, here’s a Reddit Moment I found.

I think it had to do with size and coordination. They were central nodes in the network of anti-tranny-cult subs, whereas MGTOW presents an isolated strawman to punch.

If you look at the upvotes posts get on r/MGTOW, it’s still a sizable place. Or at least has an engaged community. And it was already quarantined, which does mean that Reddit deems it ‘dangerous’. r/consumeproduct was skewing MGTOW, hating on Onlyfans and the like, but not nearly as much as MGTOW, and it was the one got the hammer.
So my question is, what made MGTOW stay but others leave? I have no idea, it’s not like Reddit really gives any reasons for what’s going on besides ‘hate speech’.
And banning r/rightwingLGBT while keeping the some TERF and GC subreddits was a strange move. Apparently, according to Reddit, not liking the T is ok, but liking both cock and guns is a step to far. It could be because r/rightwingLGBT didn’t exactly like the Islamic countries treatment of gays, and we can’t have Islamaphobia in the wholesome community that is Reddit. I don’t know, but I’m loving watching this ban wave.

GC will live on because at its core troonery is wrong and leads to an increase in death, crime, degeneracy, etc. And I think that it's a simple fact that as a trend humankind generally tends towards good, even if the road there is long and tumultuous.

The mass text below is a bit of a reality check if anyone does browse/did browse GC like I did.

Spoiler: How I learned to stop worrying and...nope, still hate the troons

I won't speak for any other ex-GenderCritical or current GC browsers but the reason I used to care so hard about it (and would probably have been considered a TERF by many) is because I thought I could actually do something about it. But the more women I talked to in real life the more I realized that there are a shitload of women, who unfortunately, have no concept of taking responsibility. There are many, I don't want to say most just yet, women who would be willing to endure literal torture and lifetime shame if it meant preserving a mere scrap of honor for men. Even just A man.

There are men who realize this, not sure how many kiwis do. But some people genuinely have no idea how vulnerable most women are at their core emotionally, and when you come at them with the fact that pretty much any woman can be physically dominated easily by most men they get extremely upset and vehemently deny it and I feel like that's a big reason why a lot of women don't want to turn GC. Doing so would admit that men have an extreme physical advantage that cannot be crossed without artificially changing the human body (I'm talking heavy steroids, not just HRT) and lots of women just can't handle that. It also subtly admits that there are things victims can do that could prevent assault. The reality is that without law, consequence, and basic human decency, women are at the mercy of men. That is not an easy thing to accept and I pretty much struggled my whole life with that, but a lack of acceptance is exactly how we got here in the first place. Lack of acceptance for the restrictions of one's own physical reality is a poison. It's kind of ironic how I had to cross that moat first before I realized that I had just landed myself into a bigger moat of well, a lack of acceptance for the fact that there's not much I can really do about it - besides ensuring my own safety, which I'll get into later.

My friends openly just shutting their ears to facts against trans rights activism extremely irritated me because to me it felt like other women were basically prioritizing their sense of feeling safe over the actual safety of children and more vulnerable women, especially in third world countries. I genuinely do believe that any person, woman or man who has made a child or anybody feel safe using the restroom or locker room or whatever with trans people, should feel responsible if that person gets hurt because of it. And the first reason for that is that these people never actually do any fucking research. I've been linked articles about HRT that straight up NEVER MENTION THE ACTUAL DRUG NAME yet argue for it, I have started arguments with women who literally just googled things in front of me because they had no idea what I was talking about and didn't realize how fucking exceptional that made them look. The second reason is because anyone who advocates for people to not listen to their gut instinct (and most people's guts would shy away from sharing the rest room with the opposite sex) are people who know that they benefit from others having their guard down. People who aren't fucked in the head understand why a stranger might not trust them. Someone who kind of knows they have less-than-honorable intentions take it as a personal slight. That's why we love it when people sperg out so much because they're throwing themselves in the jail cell. Innocent people just don't really do that.

Going back to acceptance, once I accepted the fact that nothing will change until a vast amount of people become harmed by TRA I stopped feeling so bitter about it. I know in the title it says I hate troons but honestly I can't be bothered anymore. That doesn't mean I've stopped looking at them with any less of a critical eye but I just don't spend day and night worrying about it anymore, and if you are like that yourself I strongly urge you to stop. Worrying is not going to protect you. Unfortunately humans right now do not take preventative measures and can't avoid something bad happening, they have to go full fucking speed ahead until they crash into the glacier and then they go 'but there was like a .00001% chance that it was gonna melt before I hit it tho'. I wish more people would learn how to just swallow a harsh reality when they know that someone else's safety relies on it. When women lie and say that men being allowed into spaces where they change and are half naked or naked is safe to protect their own fragile sense of security they are doing it at the cost of other people's privacy and safety. GC is a social movement that relies totally on women speaking out (which is one of the reasons why men barely get called TERFs) and the only shining light I can see right now is JK Rowling purely because of the amount of fuck-you money and influence she has. The only thing that talks right now is money, that's how we got here. There is a lot of money to be found with troons. Surgery and pills are expensive.

TL;DR Unless you are an organizer for a GC movement or someone like JK Rowling with enough money to make a difference, don't worry yourself. I stopped worrying, nothing bad happened to me, hell my friends actually listen to me a lot more now because they can tell that I've chilled the fuck out. Just carry around some pepper spray (or whatever legal self defense weapon you can have) and remember that if you ever walk into a bathroom and see a gender homunculus you can always turn around and go right out. Now that I've realized that and I have a level head on my shoulders, I am actually safe. Don't use GC rhetoric and worrying as a replacement for that. Get yourself some real peace of mind and move on with your life.

i could never get into GC because of the hysteria. i live in a place that has no troon acceptance, but also has no strict laws around public bathrooms. i've been in many situations where someone is using the wrong bathroom for whatever reason, or even in places where no bathrooms are labelled and you just go in whichever one you choose, precisely 0 sexual assault happened in any of them. most people won't assault you because... most people simply don't assault people. even if it's a man in a woman's bathroom.
