I did something similar when I was a kid, but it was a spoon in a bowl of soup and before anyone taught not to leave metal in the microwave. My mum freaked out when she noticed it, but nothing bad happened except her slapping me from one end of the kitchen to the other with the spoon screaming about I could've blown the house up and burned us all alive. I respect how much she cares about her family's safety, to be honest.

The only time I've ever seen them use foil is when making a meatball sub. It makes sense to reheat something like that. If this person really did work at Subway, they would know that foil may have been used. It's been years since I last ate there, but some stores used foil and others didn't.

So yes, the Fall Guys devs had every reason in the world to justify turning down their donation. If this company actually cared, they wouldn't try this faux-passive-aggressive whinging about it or donate under an alias.

They promptly got dumpstered by people making reasonable criticisms about their software, including predatory or malicious ads, accusations of spyware, and an actual community manager responding with "what did you expect?"
