Wrong. If you want to weaken a nation you have to start somewhere. If someone does this and then starts thinking about the other things in their life that are made in Chinkistan, then you are having an effect. Not every solotion is 100% out the gate, you win the battles you can and you never dismiss a oppertunity because it doesn't win you the war in a single stroke.
