Communist did find the ultimate solution to completely eliminate mental disorder statistics: you just don't keep any statistics, if you don't keep track they problem doesn't exist and you get perfect records. Works with malnutrition and crime too , anything really. If you want to reduce poverty by 80% just do what Chavez and Lula did, just lower the bar on what is considered non poverty and poof, in an instant you make millions of people rise above the poverty line
