Amazing drum solo by Tae, Junko making Axe sing, best visuals the show has delivered to date, Yuguri being best mom, what's not to love! And Junko somehow not only saving the situation when Ai's arm fell off but somehow making it more wholesome was wonderful.
That whole performance was just one incredible piece of payoff for Junko and Ai's character development, and I absolutely loved it.
Also the LGBT imagery of next episodes preview was through the roof. Over half the shots had the colours of the trans flag as their main colour scheme with Lily's new bow on her blue hair just straight up being the trans flag. It makes me wonder if Lily's episode will explore these themes more.

I see the point that we are trying to make with the meme but we may need to add some additional information. There are probably multiple reasons why some are not rejoining the workforce. The current unemployment benefits are higher than usual, but, from what I have read, they are not unreasonably high.

Part of the problem is that employers have become addicted to cheap labor. For too long, Americans were willing to "...pull ourselves up by working hard..." but many are beginning to realize that having a job also *costs* money...child care, transportation, clothing, etc. Then we add Covid, and the cost of your job may involve jeopardizing either your health or the health of a family member.

Most of the job losses were low paying jobs. Workforce participation had the greatest drop among women workers.

I always remember a post I read from a trans man who was over 5 years on T and still didn't pass 90% of the time. He was exhausted and bitter and frustrated because every time he posted online, the response (typically from people not even on T) was 'give it more time, T makes everyone pass'.

T does not make everyone pass. Being a trans man or transmasculine doesn't mean all your issues will magically vanish when you pass either. Trans men face harassment, sexual violence and physical violence too.

The doctors he shit talks actually are open to lots of illegal drugs being studied for mental health benefit but it's done under a trained therapist in case something goes wrong and makes their mental state worse. In your example removing legs isn't included as the legs were never involved in that surgery. If you told him you would be cutting of his legs and you agreed, then you would be guilty of 3 and 4.

And I hate to keep milking this example, but my friend lost his legs last year. He almost lost his life when instead of amputating his legs, the vascular surgeon declared he could restore blood flow. The neurosurgeon said that while their had never been a successful attempt to reconnect 4 inches of missing sciatic nerve, it was a possibility. The trauma surgeon said that while the risks of infection were tremendous, it's worth a shot. The Vascular surgeon got the blood flow back. My friend immediately went critical and almost died again as the literal rotting flesh was given a path straight to his heart. This was considered a success because they almost salvaged the legs. This is what I mean when I say "Human Salvage".

And that vascular surgeon isn't a retard or a monster either. He's a well respected, family friend of mine whose kids I've taken care of on occasion and he's stuck by my other friend every step of the way. But now take that mentality and apply it to "If You don't find a way to give Timmy a Vagina he is going to spend the rest of his life hankering for the taste of gunpowder". You will see horrible things take place. And by this time, you probably have.
