The sissy community is fucking evil. Honestly this'll be a bit ranty though because I have a lot of thoughts about the sissy hypno thing and they are all over the place.
Like, if you think that the things troons say to mentally unwell people are fucked, consider the entire idea of sissy hypno:
The premise of this content is that if you listen to it you will be forced to obey. Consider that from the perspective of someone on the edge of trooning out, but who isn't quiteeee there yet. Videos like this can be very damaging to their health. You even see a lot of posts in sissy communities from people who are NOT mentally ill freaking out about what extended consumption of this content has done to their mental state. You also see a TON of "trans questioning" threads and such in these communities.
These videos often include themes about giving up control, or permanent change, and lots of them have themes of addiction. Specifically, a good number of these videos advocate for the use of drugs, and not just HRT. A lot of them even are themed around a specific substance. Mainly Psychedelics. Some of this content looks/feels like shit you would have seen being created for MKUltra.
They also tend to include a lot of "trigger" words which are intended to reward the behavior suggested in the video. Like they will associate wearing womens clothing with something positive, and wearing mens clothing with negativity. The also seem to try and literally implant mental illness, like they will call the listener worthless, tell them they can't do anything and they need to become a sissy so someone will come and take care of them. I'm not making this shit up. They do a lot of "compare yourself to a REAL" man type posts where they then post 10/10 chads as if that's the standard for masculinity. These videos will often repeat over and over things like, "you are not a man" while also repeating encouraging messages related to the listeners female appearance. Kinda like the trans right movement
The people making this content tend to be shady, lots of them engage in EXTREME fetishes outside of hypno. there are popular creators, but unlike any other genre of anything, they tend to choose anonymity. I imagine a dox of any one of these people would reveal lolcow worthy levels of cringe, if it revealed anything at all. I have a few suggestions though if anyone wants to flex their doxxing abilities.
These communities almost all have Aeromatic/Reiko discord vibes. There are a lot of troons, they talk about converting people openly, and many of the members of the community are likely underage. People are told they
have to do certain things to remain a part of the community and this usually involves very degrading/debasing acts. I haven't heard any cases of blackmail happening in these communities, but after the Aero/Reiko stuff and considering how prevalent so called blackmail fetishes are in these communities, I'd be shocked to find out such things were not happening.
Back to the subject of mental health: This entire fetish is fucked and people who are involved post CONSTANTLY about how it's fucking them up. The ones who don't usually troon out or delete their accounts. [deleted] is the number 1 poster on any given sissy sub.

And some random closing thoughts:
-These videos target children and mentally ill people, i.e those most likely to be open to suggestion
-These videos target white men specifically. Many of them try and install a BBC (big black cock) fetish. Notice that there isn't a FTM version of sissy content? Like the rest of the trans sphere, the porn also only caters to MTF troons. It's almost like most MTF trans are mentally ill AGPs....
-There are some "big" creators, but much of this content comes from faceless, nameless accounts that upload a few videos and then vanish
-The production on these videos is often of high quality. Higher quality than similar amateur content anyways. And when troons decide to make their own it is almost always of significantly lower production quality. Is there a reason for this? I have my suspicions but they tend to get a bit out there.
-Lots of people who watch these vids troon out, but people who have already trooned out tend to be uncomfortable with the subject of sissy hypno. Almost all of them will admit to having consumed sissy content at some point but will write it off as just something that affirmed their identity. Because lots of women watch hypno porn, clearly.
