I accidentally had some undercooked bacon once. I was sick for days. I swear I couldn't get the taste out of my mouth for weeks. It is likely that I now have pigworms on the brain.
Bacon is cured, often dried and smoked and mostly fat anyway so you should've been alright. People have been eating cured meats 'raw' for ages, so either the supplier undertreated the meat or your immune system is just shit.

People who enjoy durian.
Durian in general.

How the fuck do y'all do it?

I think like many adults I have used Caffeine as a staple in my diet. Personally I'm a coffee nut and can give you all that trivial "barista" knowledge. Throughout work and afterwards I would consume at minimum 6 cups of coffee, maybe on a really busy day push it to 10 cups! Coffee (caffeine) has been my water, a comfort food.

Two weeks ago I did a Caffeine Reset, I basically kept my caffeine levels to very small levels, substituting the coffee fix with pieces of dark chocolate (also caffeinated) here and there.

Anyway last night I finally broke my Caffeine fast and had 3 cups of my preferred black coffee. I am wide awake and an hour and a half ago was totally jitterly and hyper.

If you are like me and are constantly drinking coffee and/or energy drinks to get thru the day I highly urge you to go thru a Reset as well to get your tolerance low. After all who doesn't love a good Dopamine & Adrenaline kick?

Frankly I can tell you that my Coffee tonight gave me a rush again that was not unlike that of Cocaine (they are both Stimulants). And frankly it's a lot cheaper & obviously far less destructive to occassionally deprive yourself of caffeine than it is to destroy your life and become a total junkie.

So to sum it up into a redpill: Caffeine is a very safe drug and if you manipulate your use of it correctly you can get a legit high off it.

You didn't get massive headaches or reguarly need to lean against a wall or chair for support like I did when I cut down on caffeine?

No, the first week was miserable though. I fell asleep twice at work and my manager caught me once, luckily my line of work is during graveyard hours and there's lots of downtime so it wasn't a big deal.

I'm pretty sure I gained 4 pounds because I did overeat, although Thanksgiving played a factor.

By the second week my energy levels seemed to balance although I was still lethargic & rather irritable. I could still do my job but I was mostly listening to others.

I'm still trying to figure out long term how to balance caffeine and maintain a low tolerance. I just know it's a lot more fun to get a rush off drinking coffee and feel hyper. My first cup felt like I was drinking hot milk (I only drink Black), my stomach was begging for the elixir.

I'm still wating around for caffiene to be proven as seriously harmful to be honest. Its in everything, yet in its pure form it will kill in a tinier amount than fentanyl. I don't want to give up tea or Coca-Cola, but I'm really starting to wonder over here.

This thread is amusing and I wish to ressurect it like the shitty wizard I am but I've got another tip I can think of.

Are you making instant rice? Do you find boil-in-in-bag shitty and too expensive?

Measure your rice out. Then pour it dry into the bowl you plan to eat out of. Preferably a thicker one. Add spice packages or butter or salt and pepper in desired amounts. Move the bowl to your choice of eating area (eg, your kitchen table, desk, etc)

Measure out the same amount of water, but add a little drizzle to the top as some will boil off. Boil just the water, in a saucepan, on full power. Assuming you have a decent stove, this will take less than two minutes. Pour the boiling water into the bowl and cover with a small lid. The lid does not have to fit the bowl precisely; I've never had drippage from condensation.

Assuming you aren't drunk and measured properly, within 10-20 minutes your instant rice should be prefect and just require some mixing or extra spices. If you are really paranoid maybe stir it every so often while it steeps. Or at least once. If you fucked up the amounts, just add a bit more water or a bit more rice until it equalizes.

Why do this? Because you don't need to clean the pan you cooked in afterwards. All you did was boil water in it. Only the bowl and lid are dirty. Dunno if this is the smartest maneuver in an office building but maybe you can use a tea kettle or something electric at your desk instead. I initially discovered this method using an electric kettle while on vacation. You could even technically do it using a coffee maker assuming its a nice and clean one.
