AFAIK, no one is keeping tabs on Megan. No idea where the picture came from.

The most logical option is that the "Megan" that e-mailed Chris attached the photo in said e-mail while "Megan" is just some troll who took the pic from here and Chris is just to to realize it.

I wouldn't be surprised if whoever originally found that Megan picture is now trying to keep Megan's Facebook, dox, and other whereabouts secret to protect her from the shitstorm that is OPL. Kind of similar to how we're keeping the Wallflower's and the Wal-Mart Manajerk's identities secret so they don't get bothered by epic weens.
