I'm a Millienial and I have no illusions about how fucked the post Boomer generations are, not just by Boomer policy but by our own general inability to commit to or work for anything. Completely fucking spoiled with all the negative aspects of Boomers like hippie ideology but with none of the grit or work ethic that were also present in older generations. All the most crackpot liberal teachers I ever had from K-12 were Gen Xers, they are now the principals and administrators of educational institutions and I believe that they are the true drivers of turning the next crop of phone addicted retards into genderless, communist sympathizing freaks. I was at my family's house the other day visiting over the holidays and I saw that my 8 year old cousin had homework from school about there being 60-odd genders. Say what you will about the Boomers but I'm pretty sure most of them rightfully think that shit is insane. The more Gen X leaders like Trudeau and Ardern we see being elected across the west and the more positions of power Gen Xers fill no matter how innocuous, even the humble elementary school principal, the more prevalent and ingrained this degenerate shit will become because they will simply be passing on what they were indoctrinated to believe by hippie boomer professors in university back in the 90s. A similar but exponentially worse pattern will be observable from the Millennials when we assume more positions of power and so on until society becomes too pussified to function.

As for the civil war stuff, I donno if you're trying to channel the essence of Walter Sobchak or not lmao. I think it would be extreme and could potentially lead to the destruction of the human race, but I can see where you're coming from in the sense that it really does seem that both sides of the political argument in western countries are nearing the point of being irreconcilable. Shit is getting so ridiculously clownish I can understand the desire to just say fuck it and rip off the bandaid.

I have bad news.

Section 230 modification is reasonably well-liked on both sides of the aisle for different reasons.

On the right, because they think it is used as a shield against accusations of suppression of right-wing voices.

On the left, because they think it is used as a shield against suppressing hate speech.

The only reason some elements of the left, and I use that term loosely to be clear, are even remotely against it is because it's Trump saying it right now. Once Biden starts saying it, then that opposition also falls away.
