The combination of Josh recently expressing his interest in returning to the states and me being the sort of boring fuck that looks at zillow led to me finding a couple of potential buys for him.
Figured I would share my finds for feedback and further suggestions.

Pros:
Affordable
In Pensacola so he should be familiar with the area
Already set on fire so he won't have to worry about that

Cons:
Not much room to grow Banana Peppers

Look good. They just need some new paint on the outside and they will be perfect.
 
If Josh has the income for living in America again, sure, but living here is still much more expensive than overseas

Land in Montana is relatively cheap, and armed troons on the warpath tend to stand out there, so I vote we chip in and get him 40 acres and a mule.
Edit: Nevada and New Mexico might also be options, he could always take up peyote ranching.
 
I thought this thread was going to be about 'rehoming' Null to a different website because he's getting up in years and we can't really afford to keep taking good care of him anymore or something. A little disappointed, tbh.

Josh would be better off running electricity into some dirt patch and building a comfy Hobbit hole.
 
Josh should live as an eternal rent slave in some shithole like san fran. He could move in with Chris, and have some scumbag like Baked Alaska film an IP2 exclusive reality show out of that.
