I like minimalist piano. Yann Tiersen comes to mind immediately. Here's an example.

I love me some Nujabes, but Uyama Hiroto, his old co-producer and close collaborator, has always been just as incredible to me. It makes me happy to see that he's still making music that carries on the former's legacy; this one here's just an older track.

Antica Tradizione's cover of "Pescatore di Sogni" by Janus might be the closest thing to Fascist lounge music in existence. Perfect for playing on the vista while sipping martinis and contemplating imperium:
