remember House M.D?

I just almost finished rewatching Season 2. I love that in every episode with a faggot in it (the guy with AIDS, the two treacherous dykes, and kind of with the actual tranny), Cameron ends up disgusted and appalled at their behaviour after trying to be accepting the whole episode while everyone else pretty much doesn't care.

They should make a sequel series that takes place in the current year, a decade or so after the original show ended.
The Premise: It gets found out that House faked his death and now everyone is trying to kill him because he's such an asshole or whatever.

I even have a good title for this show.
House Hunters

I remembered quite enjoying the show. It was kind of funny how doctors routinely break into their patients home. Maybe that should actually be part or real medical protocol. With a mystery ailment a team of forensic specialists could come by and examine your environment. Would help solve some problems.

Lately I've been watching some Doctor reacts videos and its apparently one of the more inaccurate shows.

think it held up quite hard, to the point it feels like a ripoff. Sherlock was a drug addict, he had a tendency to really distance himself from people to the point it grated them, they both have a musical instrument they masterfully play, and they have that one sidekick best friend they opened up the most to. Hell, House even shacked up with Wilson on occasion and had messy tendencies, just like Sherlock and Watson's roommate dynamic. If you're talking about Arthur Conan Doyle Sherlock, then I'm surprised you have this take.

I really wished they leaned more into this. If you're going to rip Sherlock off do it properly. Give House a more genius brother who is a brain at the CDC for example. Do more than just a lazy moriarty reference in one episode. Completely missed opportunity.

I didnt know this show existed until my sister started watching it this year. Its a good show, ahead of its time for 2004. I really like how the classic british comedy idiot became Tony Stark down to the narcissism. It does suffer a bit from S2 onwards, becomes too focused on sex and drama instead of being about the case but still leagues better than whatever nonsense we get now.
series was good until lisa edelstein left. then it nosedived fast.
Heh. Nosedived it did, there was only one jew left.
Funny thing, if you know the Tangled Fandom, they claim Mother Gothel is an antisemitic stereotype cause she looks eastern european, has a hook nose, steals children to make herself look younger, so on. When I first saw House MD I thought I saw Cuddy somewhere else. Im 200% sure Lisa Edelstein is the inspiration for Mother Gothel in Tangled, they look practically the same if you can make that comparison.

As someone who was familiar with Laurie from elsewhere, like reruns of Jeeves & Wooster, where he mostly nailed the character of Bertram Wooster, the first couple of seasons and his performance were at least intriguing to me for the first couple of seasons before like a lot of TV dramas it started falling into seasons of strictly formulaic episodes spiked with clumsy attempts at shaking the show up.
