if they dont want him on their platform anymore they would have banned him already. they can ban whomever they want without reason, its their site and being a allowed to stream is not a humanright. but he is still making them enough money and the good still outweighs the bad.
if he keeps pushing the "tip me, dont cheer" scam so that he gets more and twitch wont get anything, they will take a closer look at him.

The thing is that they're already closely looking at him. That much is a given considering he's been suspended twice now. As far as them not just removing him entirely I think they're aware that some attention is paid to him. So banning him entirely for no reason, like you said, wouldn't look good PR-wise. They have to have a legit reason to remove the Pigroach.

I'm not sure I buy the PR angle. I mean if today is any indication most Twitch partners would be happy to see him booted off, justified or not. I certainly don't think Twitch would be getting any flak for getting rid of a guy who has an established history of toxicity and poor behavior.

Hey Phil, if you read this, I stream because I want to overtake you and use you as an ideal of what not to be. I also think you are a piece of shit for mentally abusing Leanne but she is being treated right and the best you would never have.
 
Well, we know either his fans or he himself watch Tevin, since he deleted certain pictures of Leanna from his Instagram after Tevin mentioned them, and the whole banner thing on his Twitch was sorted out (very lazily) in less than a day after Tevin brought it to everyone's attention.

So him (or a lot of the smart doods over there) scouring this place is a reasonable enough assumption.

Remind me of a few weeks ago I was watching a random stream and a fanboy enters and spams DSP emotes for attention. I ask him why he's a fan and the guy said he felt sorry for him and subbed to Phil for 3 months hoping he would improve. I tried to talk some sense into the guy that Phil doesn't care about anyone but himself. The guy seemed relatively new to the whole Phil saga and he seemed ambivalent. There was no attacking each other or anything like that but before the convo could proceed further a mod of the stream temp banned both of us.

@Haunter and @BrunoMattei, I imagine both stories as a group of happy little smurfs who stand in front of a mean clown faced golem. They shout: "Yeah, Golem, I love you" and "Great stuff, Golem" and "I like you Golem". And then one smurf who says nearly the same thing: "Well guys, why do we like Golem?" and gets instantly smashed by him because he don't wanna know the truth.
