There are a lot of locked threads in feedback. Deleting the shitposting ones (like anything about ratings) would save space both on the page and on whatever disk contains this place.
I would rather find a way to keep locked threads, but I agree that they're causing quite a bit of clutter. Maybe we can move the ones started by Obamatron and the like to spergatory. Other shitposting threads would need to have a different solution. They could be put into an archive or moved to a feedback shitpost megathread. I would prefer to avoid deleting them, since a lot of the locked threads are genuinely funny.
I'm talking about shitposting threads in feedback. No one's gonna read them in a few years or think "Wow, that was a good use of my time and I'm glad these were kept"

The problem with keeping a lot of the 'funny' Feedback threads up is that they're pushing the few actually useful Feedback threads out of the first page and it's pretty disheartening that a genuinely useful channel for guests to leave feedback on the Kiwi is treated as a litterbox. It's always a balancing act, though.
Like Wiresponge said, I think we should probably have a feedback mega thread for the good ones. Or delete all of them. Most of them waste space anyway.
