Report: EA Is Remastering The ‘Mass Effect’ Trilogy At Long Last (Unconfirmed)

lol yongyea is a fucking fag who should get more shit for actually playing Cyberpunk before release and hyping it up anyways.

also his voice fucking suuuuucks dude needs to take a shower, hit the weights and get a clue.
He did (Jojo anyone?) And you subhuman scum got proven wrong. Cope and seethe

Wow god ME1 didn't age well. Yikes. Also default fem!shep looks like a morphine addict........

Weirdly enough almost everyone in the game is an asshole. Also mako sux.....wow. Andromeda did it better. I also completely forgot about a lot of side quests since it's been years since I last played. Disturbingly I found one of the voice actors (hes the guy Cerberus experiment on and also the guy in the prologue manuel) committed suicide five years ago......

Allow me to explain why you are wrong. In Andromeda, I have to get out of the damn car to fire on the things hitting me. Why doesn't my tank have a turret? There are more than enough sections of the game where you don't have access to the tank and force you to use your weapons and powers, why are you forcing me out of the tank to kill these random mobs. And yes, you have to get out and kill them because on higher difficulties they will absolutely destroy your paper thin shielding. As awful as navigating the Mako can be, especially around those mountains they loved throwing around, I will take it every time over the shitty, pacifist, no-gun-having piece of shit from Andromeda.

Unrelated to the Mako sperging, my brother loves these games, and right before the remastered collection came out he played through the series, then again with the collection. The difficulty has been drastically toned down, even on Nightmare. The Mako has no spread on its gun and rocket at all anymore, and just in general things are easier. Geth Juggernauts aren't nearly as terrifying as they were. The Krogan Warmasters are apparently still tough.

I mean aside from not being able to use the mako to attack in Andromeda yeah.

I'm more surprised they didn't update the HUD and quest markers for ME1. Started romancing Kaidan because Ashley is a cunt who should have been gangbanged to death by krogans. Muh marines n sheet. Made a mistake letting her live in my previous runthrough.

Could that be because you're no longer fighting the dogshit controls anymore? ME1 gunplay was basically RNG in that you vaguely aim and pull the trigger, then the bullets quantum tunnelled into a side dimmension, or instantly gibbed the enemy.

Wrong. The Mako will always be superior to the Nomad because of one thing: the guns.
For some reason, the retards at the helm of the Andromeda Initiative never thought about adding weapons to a surface vehicle and their fucking ship (yes, even the Tempest doesn't have weapons).

I did notice several times getting stuck upside down in the mako. Had to like move the stick and use the jump to get right side up.

Everything aside from that is so improved in 2 and 3. The story in 3 tho right til the finale...........blah

2 and 3 both completely lose track of the story that 1 set up. 2 is saved by its character moments, but its gameplay is neither as good as 1 or 3 because it's unsure what it wants to be.

The late Shamus Young's write-up on the story of the trilogy remains one of the finest things ever written on the internet about video games.

I just wish EA/Bioware wasn't retarded and after hitting the lighting in the bottle that was ME3 multilayer they made Mass Effect Warframe. I love the design/gameplay after the Devs were told to just go nuts with it.

I don't care what they tell you in school, ME3 multiplayer was sick, and not including it is one of the major shortcomings of the LE.

I really didn't like the way they wrote Cerberus after ME1. It went from being an entity like Section 31 to the main villain. Suddenly they have infinite resources and can clone people based on a burned corpse?

The week-end events were really fun.

The multiplayer for ME:A didn't feel as good as ME3.

I should have linked this above; for those who haven't read Young's retrospective, here it is. It's well worth your time.

I believe he compiled it into a book with some editing done to each article, but I don't think it's still in print.

How often does EA fuck up bypasses to EA Play? Because I read the Steam thread and it sounds like they do it semi-regularly.

I'm hear to lay down some truth

Mass Effect 2 is the only good one. If you want to complain that it wasn't enough of an RPG or that the story "went nowhere" I'll just leave a pre-emptive "shut up, nerd" right here.

Also, Destroy is the correct choice. If you choose Blue you're a fag, and if you choose Green you're a retarded fag.

Tell me what 2 does better than both 1 and 3 that isn't related to character sub-stories.

There are people that pick something other than destroy?

Not a janky, boring, copy/paste piece of shit like 1
Isn't a fucking depressing downer piece of shit like 3

But, I will say if we are factoring multiplayer 3 is better than 2 then.

Fags and redditors like control and synthesis.
