I think thats why the T-Virus ceased to be a thing in the RE universe, because one might ask "where is the T-Virus and why no one uses it anymore". The answer is simple, as a biological weapon, the T-Virus is obsolete. There are vaccines, cures, drugs and treatments for the virus at this point in the RE universe. You can easily get cured if you get to professional help in time. Hence why the T-Virus just kind of faded from the bio-terrorism scene, besides, zombies, compared to other BOWs, are rather inneffective as bio-weapons. They are slow, clumsy, literally brain dead and are only significantly dangerous on bigger groups.

It only got as bad as it did in Raccoon City because they didnt know what they were dealing with, but after that event, I think almost everyone knows what the T-Virus is and the zombies.

There are more powerful BOWs out there that you can use. Ironically, the T-Virus and Zombies became obsolete compared to the threats that came after, its almost symbolic.

Indeed, Luis in RE4 makes mention of seeing a T-Virus sample "back in the lab", implying having a sample is no big deal.

Now, multiple other articles have said this as well and it comes from an official website, so I’d say it’s trustworthy. Now if true, I’d imagine they’d show footage of the dlc for RE8. Also a release date I’m guessing. But those two other things? No clue.

I absolutely hated her performance. Some of the line delivery is terrible, I have no idea how anyone can think she did okay.

not only did they fuck up Jill's visual design from the new face to clothes, even her dialogue is bad, both the writing and the performance.

I regret buying RE3R so much, should've preordered RE8 or bought DMCV instead.

If there's going to be DLC, it'll likely focus on Lady D, if for no other reason than because she has been the successful meme. They had enough Heisenberg in the base game already, and while I would personally like to see something that fleshes out Beneviento (with some action this time, instead of another boring jump scare walking sim), they would be mad not to cater to Lady D stans.

Beyond Lady Dimitrescu, what I really want to see is more of castle Dimitrescu itself, it was disappointing that we didn't get to go inside the main tower for example.

But I also really want to see more of Donna Beneviento.

He was a fun character. I wouldn't have sex with him, but he got the most screentime, tied in closest with the plot, and had the most satisfying sendoff. I don't hate Heisenberg by any means, but he's the only one of the villains (Lords and Miranda both) that I came away from the base game feeling like the story was told satisfactorily - as such, I'd rather DLC focus on fleshing out the others.

Well, its nice to see a villain who is you know... open and enjoys things as opposed to being all broody and emo like is typical in Resident Evil. Shit, I loved him as soon as he started yelling about All-American ground beef. And I knew I was going to kill his ass dead because it was personal.

While Lady D and Heisenberg are fan favorites, the lords are popular in general, so it's a pretty safe bet to say that all of them are going to get some DLC focus. Despite their varying amounts of screen time they could all use some more backstory. I think it's worth pointing out that Capcom called the DLC "completely unplanned", so they were probably caught off guard by how much love the lords got and realized they could make more bank off them. Lady D's popularity alone surprised them.

I could see something where you play as one of them prior to the events of RE8. That'd be neat. Also Heisenberg is best boy, which reminds me:

On that note, Heisenberg's VA Neil Newbon apparently let it slip (I'm assuming on Twitch) that he's going to be appearing in DLC. I hear he also made a comment about Heisenberg still being alive somehow, and - if true - when you remember the Duke's comment about "feeling his essence" flowing through his crystal remains, this does open the door to some possibilities regarding the lords in general. Take this all with a grain of salt, of course, but I think it's some interesting food for thought regardless.

I'd be ok with that...

I love lady D, but I felt we got quite a bit of story for her. Donna (who is indeed a QT) and Moreou (I legit love this dude) I feel got shafted story/content wise.
Tbh I really wish they cut 8 into 2 games or something. Everyone's sections just seemed a bit disjointed and the only spooky part of the game for me (that part of Donna/Angie's place. You know what I'm fucking talking about. Fuck ALLLLLL that) lasted like 10 minutes.

I won't turn my nose up at additional story/details for any of the lords, but Heisenbergs part at the end drug on forever for me and I really didn't care for it, and it wouldn't bug me if I didn't have to see his mechanical hellscape ever again lol! I didn't care for him at first but he grew on me.

I'd love more lore about how the 5 of them actually interacted with each other, though. I loved the bickering at the beginning and Angie is a little shitlord and I want to see some more of their shenanigans.

I think Ethan and Mia were the only characters in the last two games (7+ that I genuinely don't like.

I agree the bickering between all the Lords was great lol i was personally hoping we'd see more of them together ala, everyone gathering around to discuss their plans after Ethan downs one of them, stuff like that

While i dont see them exploring Moreau more (poor fish always getting shafted for the prettier siblings) i really wanted more Angie and Donna, was hoping to see some creepy puppetry scenes where you see these odd little details when Donna performs with Angie, but as it stands now, you can breeze through the Beneviento section in like ten minutes if you know what youre doing lol

With Heisenberg i just think it's a huge opportunity to go with a 'What If' scenario where Ethan does accept to work with him, which honestly i dont understand why he refused in the first place

In truth we'll probably get more Lady D and daughters stuff, which im actually okay about, the Castle part is probably the majority's favorite (including me) but come on... Let the rest of the cast shine too, man

Worst case scenario is they expand on Miranda though, kinda weird that the main villian got completely upstaged by her lackeys in the end, but she just fell flat to me. Would've taken another hammy Osmund Saddler religious leader type than what we got

Tons of people wish there was an option to team up with Heisenberg (Ethan's not exactly smart for refusing him let's be honest) so a "what if" scenario is possible. And the banter between the lords was indeed great, the cutscene where Ethan first meets all of them is my favorite. I really hope we get to see more of that. Having them attend a family dinner Baker-style would be hilarious.

Miranda could get more expansion too, not that she particularly needs it.
