Its because they are cloud versions of those games rather than running off the cartridge. They were destined to run like trash because Capcom didn't feel like compressing anything for the cartridges, assuming they even had to.Honestly, I recall RE 4 on Switch running fine but 5 and 6 running like shit. I could understand maybe no 60 frames (tho I dare say it was possible) but they couldnt even have a comfortable 30!? Even the PS3 and Xbox 360 kept it at 30 frames. I dont know, it was a deal breaker for me, since I know the Switch can run PS3 era games comfortably so this was just a shitty job from Capcom.
