to add on to how much of a mess that netflix show was, i read that they had Jill and Wesker dating. i found this out yesterday and i haven't been able to stop thinking about it so i came to inflict this knowledge on others.
That's the new movie man. It was weird but not terribly done surprisingly.

I was quite fond of it. Enjoyed it more then all the other live action ones. Basically the perfect mix of serious and hilarious.

This translated better in the theater, but this was one of the best moments.

I feel the biggest issue with 5 and 6 is that with how good 4 is, they were damned no matter what.
No they're definitely both heavily flawed games but they still have their strengths. 5 just feels like watered down 4 with coop and 6 is way too ambitious with a lot of jank throughout the whole game but most obviously during ada's campaign, it's much shorter than the others and is very unpolished.

re6 was good game, just not a good RE game.

I still love it even for the flaws it has.
Please refer to my post above.

What you said was cringe here. This movie makes Tomb Raider 2018 and Legend of Chun-Li both look like works of Hitchcock by comparison.

RE6's implementing of the hand to hand combat system was genuinely very good. It added a whole new way of fighting to the game, and I think they should have leaned further into it, and limited the amount of ammunition that route contained; to make players CQC more zombies.

I always had mixed feeling about RE6 because it kind of feels like 4 different games in one. I remember liking Leon's route a lot thinking sherry's and chris' route were ok at best and really disliking Ada's route. It's kind of unfair to judge the game as a whole seeing each one of the routes seemed to be trying to do it's own thing.

Leon's final chapter is possibly the worst part of any mainstream RE game. When you're fighting the same boss for the 4th time in a row it's not the story reaching a climax, it's just tedious time wasting.

It's completely irritating and even that storyarc is more laughable

I know they don't have enough ridiculous CGI for that to be true. But you are making me want to watch them.

I love this movie man lol

So I was playing Daymare 1998 and got to the elevator chase section with Liev and… I dropped that quick. 5/10. A fair score for the effort of the dev team at least. I’ll be sticking with resident evil.

The movie is simultaneously the most interesting resident evil movie and the worst. The moment Irons died, I turned it off because I knew it wasn't going to be fun.
Awwww You missed some good shit!

I have never laughed so hard at a post credit scene in my life. This was peak comedy.

Wesker is so weird in this. I kinda love his performance and I finally realized what they were going for. He' like a hurt locker marine or something? He's going for an earnest mercenary portrayal and for some reason I really liked that even if it's completely wrong.

Also I enjoyed Neal Mcdonoughs performance as birkn. He was kinda playing it like the joker and I was having fun with that.

What the fuck did I just watch? I love the cg movies but the live action stuff is a hard pass for me. I saw the 2nd half of the mila movies several years after the fact and those are all bad so I missed nothing.

Yeah, the devs ran out of time/money at the end and rushed it. The actual fight against him isn't any better since its running around grabbing pre-filled mags of magnum ammo from a bag and then just continually mag-dumping him and dropping them until he finally dies after far too many bullets.

The Milla movies are ... special. I find I have to be in a certain mood to enjoy how ridiculous they are and just divorce them from the RE universe entirely. I bet if they weren't tied to a pre-existing franchise more people would have liked them.
