FWIW, set up an IOLTA with your counsel, once selected. Maybe have them set up a GSG (or equivalent), to make transfers a lot easier. Y'all can laugh about how this is what happened with Vic Lasagna, but this is the best, cleanest way to fundraise for legal issues. It also avoids some past issues with funding.

I'm not in favor of this position from a 1A standpoint but I see it as an inevitability. I think there will come a time we have to at least blur/blackout/mosaic any lolcow nudity, including retrospectively. I think that will probably be the appropriate compromise for 1A/privacy/legality.
So you're telling me the Memphis micro will have to be blurred when funkytown 2 gets released this weekend?

Only take action if we can do so without drawing more fire our way. Would rather keep existing than risk it to take a shot at someone.
I'm afraid that is not an option anymore. I'm not sure it ever has been. Either we all pitch in and fight, or we give up and toe the gender ideology line.

I admit it's entirely possible I misinterpreted all of what you posted, or maybe you're completely wrong, but what I gather is:
  1. Someone registered an account to plant porn.
  2. Used it to constitute doxing.
  3. Used it to constitute "CP" (which it is not).
  4. Used it to take down .net.
Child porn implies children are involved in some way. A 20+ year old is not a child, so porn of him definitely isn't CP.

If I'm right in how I interpreted events, this is the internet equivalent of a false flag.

If possible I would call a lawyer and even seek criminal.
Sorry, the thread is moving kind of fast.

I don't know what the relationship is between the person(s) who posted the thread and the nudes or who in that chain introduced the idea that it is "CP." They might be the same or different people. The person reporting the thread to Epik might not have included any allegation of CP at all and the mongoloids at Epik just saw the term "CP" in the thread title, saw a nude person, and jumped to the conclusion that "CP" was describing the nudes and not what that qwerty537 guy was doing on other sites.

What is clear is the thread was screenshotted on a cell phone where a registered KF user was logged in relatively soon after the thread was created on December 9th. Those screenshots were forwarded to Epik sometime between then and the date the .net domain was seized.

I don't know if the site actually would be able to do this, but we can narrow down the time of the screenshots since some of the posts say yesterday. @Null, would it be possible to check who with a account viewed those pages on those dates?

It is bizarre witnessing a PR account being handled this poorly and for this long. Normally a rogue intern or simpler, more innocent marketing gaffe gets caught and replaced with an apology or quiet shame within hours, if not minutes. Especially if said gaffe allegedly contained something as serious as, y'know, fuckin' CP. It's been days now and it keeps getting dumber and more absurd. What the fuck is going on over there?

Well, either way, they're playing themselves more with each astoundingly stupid tweet. It'll probably be a difficult case just by the nature of it being defamation and Josh being the plaintiff, but it's clear cut to me that he has a right to sue.

Another thing that probably needs to be done is the Jannies are now going to have to keep a running log of all the CP that is going to get put on the forum so these shit heels can't make a quick burner account, post some CP and then immediately screenshot it. You'll need to be able to show "this post was posted by a single post account, was deleted 5 minutes later at this time and date."

Maybe start doing a generalized weekly report to law enforcement to include IP addresses and wat not.

Dear Lord I knew my pajeet sensors were screaming. One of the pople in charge of the company twitter is probably that faggot.
Didnt the person who is probably posting on their social media get doxed already or am I mistaking it for someone else. I thought the person was a pronoun goblin furry degenerate.

@afounder ran a controversial forum of his own and dealt with an unhinged executive at Epik. He believes that is who is running the account. It would certainly explain some things.
