Occam's razor tells me that people can in fact be this exceptional. I don't think there's any angle and judging from a few posts back when someone contacted their customer support, it seems there's an internal investigation going on with their social media person lol. I think whomever is running the account has spent the last decade being above the law and simply cannot imagine being held to account because of his protected status as a genderspecial. if the company really is in decline with potential bankruptcy on the horizon then most employees will see the writing on the wall, so their primary concern is figuring out how/where to get a new job when this one finally goes under.
in such an environment nobody gives much of a shit about company PR anymore, everyone's just looking to save their own skin and get out without getting burned. nobody will give a fuck about what the tranny intern is doing with the twitter account cause nobody plans on still working at this company by the time the court summons start arriving in the mail.

It's either a trap (whether a successful or sensible one will be seen) or it's someone who has so much power in the company that there simply isn't someone above them who can intervene (or the people above them now condone this social media behavior). The hubris of those who've had unchecked power for so long can lead to some amazing stupidity.
