>I believe it's in Canada.
>No lol it's actually in Canada to skirt around US jurisdiction.
Looks like shortly after the one Null screencapped they started trying to shift the blame with the "he wanted to evade legislation ecks dee", claiming kiwifarms.net is now definitely hosted in Canada. Even if it is a bored script kiddie who got a hold of the account and resurrected a dead tweet, or another bad hiring decision on Epiks side god it's bad.

First Ralph saying he wasn't caught gunting the Memphis micro on stream (but haha! he should!) and now this troon-sounding fucker going full retard with Epik's X account because "it was the U.S. authorities' orders" (but haha! wouldn't be funny if it was just company woketards vs hate speech!!). 2024 may be the Year of the Cows.

Maybe it's just my own autism at play, but I would suspect the previously identified Lolicon working there as the author. the dripping sarcasm about having a truck run them over is probably a "clever" reference to the old "Truck-kun" meme from the wondrously overpopulated Isekai anime genre. The protgaionist are regularly transported to another world of fantasy after being hit by a truck, coincidentally, this fantasy world is typically full of suspiciously young and underdressed anime girls, go figure.

My goodness, it seems like an agent of Epik, a US based LLC just publicly admitted that the corporation he is acting as agent for did an unconstitutional thing as agent for the US government.

USC. Marsh v. Alabama (1946) very plainly states that a private company cannot act as agent for the government for the purposes of censoring publications of material the government deems improper but cannot otherwise through legal means repress.

I would be fascinated to know about how the Government told Epik it needed to do something about the Kiwifarms. Did they send a court order? Why was that court order not also sent to lolcow llc, an upstanding, lawful and registered corporation of the State of West Virginia?

Sounds to me like Epik has some explaining to do.
