though I don't think the farms will even be able to use Namecrame for the same reason they can't use BuyVM/Frantech. (They could've used it if there was not an exploit with countries part of the commonwealth, allowing the world's biggest Evanescence fan to sue Francisco Dias)
 
We need to find some way of pushing back. A war that is fought wholly defensively ultimately doesn't win. We have a pretty good idea of who is behind a lot of these attacks and from libel, slander to actual hiring of botnets, I'm sure a lot of the measures used against us are legally dubious. I don't know American law - what is necessary, specifically, to get this stuff investigated. I mean you have people openly claiming credit for attacks.

And not just legally, there are a lot of journalistic outlets that simply repeat the libels. Can we start going on the offensive PR wise?

Also, we should really find ways of forcing companies like Epik to be specific about what content they are using as their reason. That would have considerable value if we could just get out of this Kafka novel we're living in. Again, I don't have much familiarity with US law but is there any way to force them to disclose what it supposedly is?

It's crazy to me that all this literature, history, movies and art all depict scenarios like this, but these people are so fucking stupid and blind that they cannot think in terms of 2nd/3rd order consequences. They claim to be on the right side of history but cannot see 1 step in front of them.

Daily Wire and Gab keep yelling about making alternative services, have you considered at all reaching out to them to see if they might make a no-nonesense registrar?

I know just how retared this sounds, but so many of these companies are ideologically cucked and will take things down the second a tranny complains so it feels like a long game of whack-a-mole, maybe Walsh hates trannies enough to make it happen

Try Nicenic. Nicenic, is chinese, has hosted doxbin domains (.com, .net, .org) for years, and does not comply with the Spamhaus Domain Block List. (can also be confirmed by doxbin’s tier list as well)

EDIT: was already suggested by afounder but I’d thought I would also add some consideration options.

To think all of this more or less started due to a few curious eyes looking into whether or not a trans charity was engaging in fraud (it was.)

I pray all these limp-dick internet services self immolate over this, and from the ashes we can have internet services that actually do their job like they’re supposed to.

How would that be used specifically? To run a separate civil lawsuit? Or is there some means of getting the authorities to investigate this as it's plainly a criminal matter with criminal actions, and people who are literally taking credit for it in public.

I think Jersh has mentioned before that he's consider(ed/ing) legal action against Fong-Jones for the libel and business damage, helps that he's acknowledged his attempts to deplatform the farms through less than legal ways in public interviews.

What's the crime? All these domain registrars are giant faggots but they're doing nothing criminally actionable. Josh has grounds to be throwing out civil lawsuits against motherfuckers left and right, he might even have a good case against brickface for tortious interference, but that shit costs outrageous money.
