If this account isn't run by a tranny, I'll eat my hat.

The "freeze peach" jokes are old news, too. Get some new material.

if you told me that Kunlun Tech Co., Ltd., the owners of Opera, bought out Epik’s assets I would believe you because they write very similarly to the Opera GX Twitter account. Who is their target market? People with over 50 domains that could benefit from $9.99 .coms? Who has over 50 domains? Only people I can think of is novelty email/link shorteners and malware/spam sites. Going for the ChatGPT generated spam website market? I expect to see coolwinetourguides.com, wallmountingtricks.com, and windows8diyreplacement2024.com be hosted on Epik in the future

What if the CP in question was Loli which is illegal in Canada? Perhaps a rouge employee angry about something either Keffals or some fucker decided to move a server to a place where it'll be illegal. However it could be the Keffals fart porn.
I’m pretty sure that domain registrations follow the laws of the state that the registry is incorporated in. It’s not like Epik had a server that was serving the KiwiFarms, they just are a bookkeeper for Verisign and ICANN

The retard intern started out by claiming KF had to move to Canada from the US for legal reasons. If they were talking about loli, that would make even less sense than the already nonsensical tweets.

So what are some big right-wing websites that still use Epik? I bet Epik wouldn't enjoy the chaos when their biggest customers start leaving them in mass.

Their biggest customers were domainers, who are long gone. Only revenue was coming from people who need "freedom of speech registar" which is no more, or people that somehow aren't aware how big of a scum Epik is for quite some time now.

There is a thread on domainers forum with over 400 pages, keep in mind many of these people are retarded.

Which is better for domains: NiceNIC, NameCheap, or some other registrar? I have a couple domains with Epik I was going to transfer once they started getting close to renewal, but I want them somewhere else as soon as possible now.

NameCheap or Spaceship(better prices, better UI, owned by NameCheap), Dynadot and NameSilo aren't bad either. I wouldn't trust NiceNic with any important domains, If they fuck you over, you can do absolutely nothing about it.

cozy.tv, but remember that single domain customers, no matter how big, are just single domain customers worth exactly 25¢/yr to them.

You know what? There is only ONE option to stop these lies. Public. Support.

Spread the Destiny document everywhere you can. Post it to Twitter. Make videos detailing all the lies. Just fucking spread this like a fucking virus. The only solution is to not let this die in the realm of Internet obscurity, it is to let it become a concern of at least some members of the general public.

Spread the Tweet about Wikipedia being compromised, especially. When the average person searches for The Kiwi Farms on Google the lying article is the first thing that comes up. The first thing they hear is that we push people to suicide, and how we are some neo-Nazi army.

Videos especially. People don't have time anymore to read that long ass shit. Make cool looking videos that get the message across. It spread messages to the widest possible audience.

Make it famous, as much as you can. Don't make it obscure, and only known by Internet-brained Destiny viewers.

And nothing is going to change or improve. This pathetic attempt at taking down HRT sites is not going to damage the Internet but strengthen it and give companies more reason to side with feminism bullshit. You're working in favor of trannies, not against them
Nigga not everyone is involved in that. I really don't care about playing the petty game with ISPs like some people are. I'm here to speculate about which of these fine specimens are responsible for bitch breaking Epik.

Epik LLC has made two claims on X :
1) They were forced to put a clientHold on kiwifarms.net by Law Enforcement, which we evaded by moving the domain out of the country.
2) That the Kiwi Farms "hosts child porn".

These are both false, and these are both instances of actionable per se defamation. The damage of these claims is inherent in the claim and they are already being parroted by adversaries for the purposes of trying to further erode our ability to find stability and sure footing on the Internet.

Epik is a Wyoming LLC, X is a California LLC, and Kiwi Farms is a West Virginia LLC. To pursue this, I would have to find a lawyer in one of these jurisdictions. I don't know any.

Taking a case to trial is at least $75,000. However, they would be able to pay because they are a big company, and this would be an amazing step for being able to show providers: Yes, we are legal, and yes, we are taking steps to remedy actionable defamation to the contrary.

I've put up a poll. I am already dealing with litigation and saving money for another case. Would the community itself actually want to finance litigation?

For those asking how to contribute, you will have three options in two categories.

Right now, you can send funds in two ways: Cryptocurrency or check / money order by mail. These general contributions are not earmarked for any specific purpose. I generally pay out of pocket for our litigation.

Later, there will be an escrow. An attorney will manage the escrow. Escrow money will only be available for its stated purpose. You will have two options: an online fundraising page which will accept card, or check / money order by mail. The escrow will accept money by post from a different address than what is publicly listed for the Kiwi Farms now.

A money order by USPS can be paid for in any conventional means, including cash, at any USPS office. You go to your post office and ask for a money order. They will ask how much. You tell them, and then pay that much + a service charge (usually $2). They will give you what is called a money order. You will fill out the name of the escrow in to "To" area. Then you send this in the mail. Money orders have been around since the 1700s and they are as good as cash, but more secure. The only person who will know you have bought the money order, if you choose not to write your name on it, is the cashier at the post office.

Cryptocurrency will not be accepted for escrow. My escrow attorney is licensed in the state of Vermont, which has prohibited members of its Bar from accepting cryptocurrency as payment for legal services. You may send me cryptocurrency, but that will be a general gift and not a purpose marked fund.
