It would be nice if he could focus all his energy on this one effort but this is as clear cut as it will ever get. There really isn't any luxury to wait, and leaving it undefended will make future defamation harder to fight as most will just say they're repeating what someone else (Epik) said.

I'm not a lawyer and I have no experience with the court system so I'm just speculating here, but this seems kinda flimsy.

I agree that not defending against these claims sets a bad precedent, but I dont think "its as clear cut as it will ever get". Its a fucking Xeet by some retard tranny epik employed and put into a "social media brand manager" position or whatever they call these useless milennial faggots.
If they feel any pressure from Josh's legal team (assuming he can find a suitable one), they'll just move the faggot to a different branch of the company or fire his unskilled ass and claim his xeets didn't really represent the company.

What about all the other sites that slandered and defamed Josh and the farms over the years? Each one just parrots the other, but they do so on their own websites with their own content moderation teams. Why have they not been sued? Seems to me that it would be easier to win a defamation case against WaPo or BuzzFeed, or similar propaganda outlets than against a single retard on Xeeter.

Epik stole about $220 from me due to deceptive web design. Repurchasing a domain I previously owned for $10.

Their Indian customer service representative refused me a refund due to some obvious bullshit loophole despite their TOS saying they offer them. There is no form of confirmation, cancellation, or ability to undo a purchase.

I spent 2 hours on the phone with the bank straining to understand the Indian call centers accents to try and reverse the unauthorized charge. Long story short they didn't.

Fuck the financial system. Fuck banks, fuck epik, fuck outsourcing work to Indian call centers, fuck fractional reserve banking.

I don't care how corrupt and rife with scams and pyramid schemes crypto/alternative finance is. Banks don't actually store your money. They keep a small amount available to you and spend the rest themselves to turn a profit, then maybe give a little back to you in the form of interest. For some reason boomers think this is the greatest system ever.

Needless to say I hope to see Epik burn.

EDIT: I was going to superchat Josh about this before epik even dropped him. But unfortunately I no longer had the money. But I'm not broke anymore and will contribute more money than Epik took from me if this goes through.

A suggestion I can think of that don’t rely on third party services:

Temporarily limit new accounts to not be allowed to upload any attachments until a set time. (Obviously a bit of a bandaid fix, but I can’t really think of anything better. Maybe manual mod approval for every attachment for new accounts?)

There are also third party anti-CSAM tools like PhotoDNA and whatever garbage YouTube uses. I don’t know how the approval process for using these tools works but I’m not sure if it would be viable.
