Adding to this, in order for a drawing/3D render/etc. to be considered CSAM it has to be indistinguishable from the real thing-loli and other stylized cartoon art doesn't count, but something drawn in hyperrealism likely would. I think also art that depicts or is based on IRL children counts (regardless of style) but I'm not 100% certain on that.
