Though I'd rather do fiat, if it becomes too much of a hassle, I wouldn't discard doing a crypto thing and sending it over to Null, but I'd need a retard proof guide for that one since I've never used the bloody thing and I'm still weary of it cause I may not be a boomer, but when it comes to certain topics, I may as well be one.

What’s so annoying about shit like this is that they won’t disclose up front what exact content broke their TOS! You’d think that would make it more open & transparent but obviously they’re being underhanded so sadly it makes sense.

Public defenders are for poor people. You can't even get on legal aid unless you can prove you don't have any money. They don't just assign you one because your charges are so bad the entire legal industry is like "Ew icky, he has a bad reputation so I surely want nothing to do with the $75,000 he's offering for me to do my job".

If there was anyone there still trying to keep the company afloat they would be horrified at the state of their official twitter. What customer in their right mind sees the intern getting in a spat and calling a past customer a paedophile and decides to use that company?
IMO Null wouldn't get gamer justice in the courts, simply because I doubt this company is still around by the end of this year. Maybe he could wrangle a quick settlement.

The people saying they shouldn't be sued because they will be bankrupt before paying might be onto something.
It might be that the person behind the account making intentionally false statements while epik is internally mid collapse and doesn't care, but still has the outward reputation for the statements harmful. Or something like that.

tbh I wouldn't be surprised if Epik is goading Null into suing them, so when they fold they can blame the KF suit (and Null) for Epik's fail.
