If that happens, then no amount of smoothing over or sweet nothings Null whispers to any provider is going to unfuck the site, it will be nuked from orbit and buried in a shallow grave.

If it were possible for a court to compel someone to throw themselves from a skyscraper then that would be the minimum I'd say Josh should ask for. But alas we have to settle for a public retraction, apology, and  maybe some monetary recompense.
