The claims are going beyond Twitter, they're being spread on domain hosting boards and news sites. Here, here, and here in the last 24 hours. This is damaging to Josh's ability to do business in the space, which is a critical part of running the website.

I can't give you a specific dollar amount for "how much damage", but that's a calculation to haggle over in court. The damage itself is clearly being done, and increases each day the claims stay out there.

It is however leverage to utilize without even needing to go to court, potentially.

The fact they took it down confirms they realized either:

A) They're idiots that just posted child porn, exactly what they're accusing KF of
B) They're confirming that the accusation is false and it was wrong to accuse KF, because if they post it on Twitter, that implies it's safe to post and not CP. The tone of the message also seemed to imply this.

That right there is something you can work with to either make them admit right then and there that the accusations were false, and if they don't, legal action will be taken to force the issue. Basically their options are to fess up and admit that upon further review, the accusation doesn't seem valid, or they get taken to court over it, have to cover the legal costs, and still will likely end up confessing the accusations weren't valid.

That tweet is legitimately the single strongest piece of leverage they've provided KF with.

I might be reading their initial message wrong but I think they just removed the message with the images. Which still isn't destruction of evidence but it'd probably more because they got heat for posting what they themselves claimed they thought was CP than because they care about getting sued.
Maybe Rob Monster knows Epik is circling the drain and since donating directly is political suicide, the big brain high IQ move is to make a defamatory claim and pay damages. You prove KF doesn't host CSAM and you manage to donate by way of damages all in one.
Probably not the case but I've been wondering how rich people move money around to socially unpopular causes.

This is the most embarrassing way I've seen a company represent itself in years. The only way this PR rep hasn't been fired yet is if it's actually a higher-up with enough pull that most employees feel safer turning a blind eye. Shamefur dispray, reary.

At this point I think social media account manager is a nepo hire and thats why it acta that way also nobody checking on what the social media guys does . I would recommend josh to send a letter with cease and desist to their legal department for the tard who is doing this to get fired .
