Why does this tard think Epik would get to do discovery on individual KF users in the event of a lawsuit? That's not how it works at all.
they also posted what they claimed to be CSAM on twitter. They either got a literal retard as an intern to handle social media or someone there is going on a bender and doesn't give a shit what happens.

Where did this one even come from?
I believe this one was taken from Null’s Encyclopedia Dramatica page. It’s been passed around as proof that Null is a pedo for over a decade at this point if I’m not mistaken. Especially egregious because I remember hearing that these were made up by whoever was writing the article for lulz.

Somebody with more knowledge please feel free to correct me if I got anything wrong.

Null should sue the person handling the social media as well, Epik is going to discharge everything in the bankruptcy but garnering a trannies SSDI for the rest of their life would be hilarious.
Sadly you can't garnish Social Security unless they're retarded enough to put it in an account with a bunch of other money to the point where you can't distinguish it from other income.

e: to explain further they'd put a levy on "Troon bank account #6723894" and then yank the money out of it. they can't yank social security specifically but if it's too hard to tell it can be swept up anyways.

@Null,

I’m finally watching yesterdays stream and you asked if Consent Accident would be a good name for the donation website. I am reminded of how smug Ty Beard was during the Vic Lasagna case and want to voice the opinion that something as important as a donation website might ought to be framed as very serious.

I’m definitely not a legal expert and I don’t think anything on the KF itself or your social media presence should change but I worry that people could misunderstand the seriousness of this if they saw something like that. Maybe it wouldn’t change anything at all and I’m a retard. It’s not like your lawyers are getting drunk online. Best of luck to you and I hope it goes well!

The CIA beams opinions into my skull fully-formed. I thought this was the same for everyone?

@Null
Fyi
Maybe Rob Monster knows Epik is circling the drain
We don't know who owns the Wyoming based "new" Epik LLC. It was created out of a merger of "old" Epik and Terrahost.

Rob Monster became controlling shareholder of "everything else" (Masterbucks, Bitmitigate, Kobalt, etc) in the May/June 2023 settlement via his control of Kingdom Ventures.

Considering Rob Monster was probably on the 'opposing' side in the court battle that led to the entity's (Epik LLC) formation... Idk. He might be involved. Or he might have nothing to do with it.

It's unclear who owns Epik LLC. It was likely created during (and for) the court settlement and corporate restructuring in late May 2023.

The Epik LLC entity formation date of May 26th 2023 lines up with the court settlement date of May 31st 2023

If I had to guess, I'd guess Epik LLC was owned by one of the plaintiffs in the May 31st 2023 lawsuit settlement or one of their investors.

At this point I think social media account manager is a nepo hire and thats why it acta that way also nobody checking on what the social media guys does . I would recommend josh to send a letter with cease and desist to their legal department for the tard who is doing this to get fired . Josh or anyone contact their customer support service and see what they say.

It's definitely an executive of some sort, probably Robert Davis.

If it was just a regular employee, they would have axed them by now.

I agree with this, if it's going to be a generic fund for multiple lawsuits, it shouldn't be tied to a LFJ meme. Save that for the specific suit against brick face. The EFF's "Protect The Stack" was good branding but not quite what Null is doing, and it's a bad idea to adopt failed campaigns.

I think it should be called the Retard War Chest, which isn't exactly serious but it covers more ground and conveys the overall intent (both offensive and defensive). It's also easier to explain to a non-KFer that they should fund a War Chest, instead of funding a Consent Accident.

Sort of unrelated: what domain name registrar should I transfer to? Josh mentioned on MATI a few weeks back he'd figure out what to recommend but I don't really want to wait.
Currently KF is on Namecheap which seems to be ok judging by the state of the website.

They're gonna see user Cats' collection of silly cat pics. Truly the most repulsive thing known to humxnkind.

@Cats is a treasure and should be treated as such. Everyone should view his collection, it's awe-inspiring.

Maybe I should go ahead and conjure another Revenge Homunculoid...set him loose directly toward these people.

How about “Special” War Chest? For real though, I firmly believe anything lawsuit related should be near 100% srrs bizness

Ok I asked Bing AI:

A good rule of thumb is to search Epik, Epic, Epik LLC, Epic LLC, Epik/Epic Ventures & Kingdom Ventures in each respective state business databases. They seem to operate in WY, ID, WA, and possibly TX and OR. I have a hunch the owners know the mess they inherited and are deliberately trying to obfuscate ownership due to their creditors and investors by using shell corps.

What drooling absolute Down's Syndrome fucktard bought this company and made this ape the PR manager

With how much they've doubled down (and it appears the account hasn't been compromised either at this point), I wouldn't be surprised if this is some faggot zoomer who was placed on the PR/SM team that genuinely thinks this is a "new and improved" take on how to manage a business in a public setting. Not even in a "how do you do my fellow kids" wendys way to try drum up interaction, but trying to show some sort of appeal from the usual batshit insane terminally online crowd. They're acting like it's a personal account with a "cancel le bad Kiwi Farms" vendetta, not a representation of the corporation.

If their board aren't actually aware of this I cannot wait to see how much they blow up when they do catch on. If they are aware and behind it, clients should already be moving business away from them but that's another nail in the coffin for Epik. Any tard knows you just don't treat current or previous paying clients like that regardless of how you feel about them, especially in a public setting.
