I think it should be called the Retard War Chest, which isn't exactly serious but it covers more ground and conveys the overall intent (both offensive and defensive).
I don't know Latin to confirm whether or not Sic Semper Seductores is the proper word choice/conjugation of "Thus Always to Deceivers/Seducers" but I like the alliteration and it conveys the point is just to fight bullshit. Maybe it's implicitly threatening though, not sure.

How about “Special” War Chest? For real though, I firmly believe anything lawsuit related should be near 100% srrs bizness

Ok I asked Bing AI:

I agree with this, if it's going to be a generic fund for multiple lawsuits, it shouldn't be tied to a LFJ meme.
I agree with you guys as well.

The fund site should be a name that's catchy but easy to explain to normies.

Imagine you are doing an interview on a stream with Glenn Greenwald or other free speech people.

You don't want to have to explain an inside joke about lfj & rape. The name should be self explanatory , topical, and positive like the examples bing ai gave you.

Something you can get a large audience behind that could potentially expand beyond the walls of KF

The CIA beams opinions into my skull fully-formed. I thought this was the same for everyone?

We don't know who owns the Wyoming based "new" Epik LLC. It was created out of a merger of "old" Epik and Terrahost.

Rob Monster became controlling shareholder of "everything else" (Masterbucks, Bitmitigate, Kobalt, etc) in the May/June 2023 settlement via his control of Kingdom Ventures.

Considering Rob Monster was probably on the 'opposing' side in the court battle that led to the entity's (Epik LLC) formation... Idk. He might be involved. Or he might have nothing to do with it.

It's unclear who owns Epik LLC. It was likely created during (and for) the court settlement and corporate restructuring in late May 2023.

The Epik LLC entity formation date of May 26th 2023 lines up with the court settlement date of May 31st 2023

If I had to guess, I'd guess Epik LLC was owned by one of the plaintiffs in the May 31st 2023 lawsuit settlement or one of their investors.

Yeah, it seems that they don't want anyone to find out who's really behind it.
Epik doesn't mention any names on their website.

Their address 30 N. Gould Str is the registered agent's address and shared with about 88,000 other businesses.

Nat Smith is the agent at northwestregisteredagent who filed the documents on behalf of Epik.

The 737-301 phone number is an Austin prefix. Interestingly "Epik LLC" in Austin, TX comes up with "12809 Arrowhead Pass, Austin, TX 78729", but the home sold in 2020, so it's unclear if the apparent current owner ( Peter Yoas ) has anything to do with Epik.
It is a bit odd that it's "Epik LLC" though and not one of the previous names.

That was interesting info about the registered agents thing. Why was that post removed?
e. pls reposty?

Currently KF is on Namecheap which seems to be ok judging by the state of the website.
Just the .net, which redirects to .st now.
If they want to give me a default judgment to clear the name of the site with, it's still worth it.
A demand letter from a lawyer to publicly apologize may be a cheaper scalp though the current owners seem hellbent on destroying what remains of the company.

Haven't they already backed out of that claim after Null asked them to prove it?
If I steal from you and then return what I stole and apologize, it doesn't make the original crime ceases to exist.

Regardless, the posts where they claim KF had child porn on site, and the US government forced Epik to switch KF to another registrar, both of the defamatory statements in question, are still up.
I assume the insane troon who posted what he believed to be CP to epically own and trigger josh just realized that, if it was actually CP, then it would have been a crime for him to save it and upload it to twitter as well. But it's not, so he's not liable for that, kek. He's just liable for calling josh a criminal in the eyes of the feds and a brazen child pornographer.

The registered agent can accept legal papers on behalf of the biz. Whether or not they act on it is up to them. Assuming it goes to default judgement do to no response from Epik, could those be forwarded to X (formally known as Twitter) to remove the posts?

Is anyone a lawyer or paralegal with access to pacer?

We should pull all the case records that led up to the May 2023 Epik lawsuit settlement

Got a few names off the top of my head...

Retard Think Tank
Liberty Voices Fund
Free Expression Front

In my own experience, the best way to pick a good name is to make a big long list and through several rounds of elimination / "halving", narrow it down to about five or ten finalists.

( Also check domain availability before eliminating a name. )

That was fun to make a list. Can't wait to donate to niggerfaggots network.

Edit: I'm kidding. I don't think it should be called niggerfaggots network. That's a joke.

Sorry if I wasn't clear about that. I put strike throughs on the joke names.

I deleted because it was pointing out the same Registered Agents info as the post above, but that one has the relevant Wyoming documents. Plus the article I used claimed that "Jon Spear", president of Registered Agents, was the one who signed the Epik LLC acquisition deal. However I can find zero confirmation of that, and the Wyoming docs contradict it with a signature from "Nat Smith".

Jon Spear doesn't appear anywhere else online. RA's website says "JM Spear" is the president, which doesn't turn up anything either. It would be relevant if Registered Agents themselves were the ones who put together the deal for Epik LLC, and their names were on the yearly tax filings as the owners of the LLC.

But I don't have anything to prove that, and they probably haven't done their first annual tax filing yet since it was formed in the middle of last year. At least, it's not on Wyoming's site yet.

That filing document is the same as in Wy4M's post.

If I find more info I'll add it, but I don't want to leave up a potentially false claim.
