Honestly it just needs to be something simple like 'Lolcow LLC Legal Defense Fund' or '1776 Solutions Legal Defense Fund'. I know it's not fun, but somebody else put it best, it's hard to be taken seriously when your legal entity is named 'Niggerfaggots United'.

I think i found an email chain from Rob Monster dated 05/30/23 in Court documents where he theorizes who may be taking over epik?

Is anyone a lawyer or paralegal with access to pacer?

You can create a free PACER account which will let you look up cases up to a certain limit at which point they bill you. "Spend $30 or less on court records in a quarter and fees are WAIVED" Its like 10 cents per page however some filings are like 10-30 pages which racks up your free pages. I have an account and can look up things if you give me something like a case number or somewhere to look.

Edit: I queried "Robert Monster" in a party search on PACER and it yielded a few cases where he is mentioned. This is all US Federal Courts.

Holy fuck, I thought that this was ridiculous but they just went ahead and doubled down. The guy behind that account is unhinged, unsupervised and off his meds, and nobody on PR seems to care. I have a suspicion that something shady beyond just social justice shenanigans is going on with Epik after the sale and nobody really cares if it goes down in flames or are even encouraging it.

We're at a crossroads where freedom of expression as a whole is being threatened by private companies and shady, agenda and vendetta-driven individuals who adhere to a By All Means Necessary philosophy at the tier 1 level of the internet.

Kiwi Funds is funny and rolls off the tongue, but it's less serious than the kinda stuff that's been suggested above that I'm somewhat partial to, like Speak Your Mind or Freedom Fund.

If we want a mix of funi and srs I guess we could go with something like 1776 Fund.
