Y'all going about it wrong.

You don't need a registered agent firm. You need to setup a registered agent firm, that registers an agent for a firm that registers an agent that registers an agent for the kiwifarms.

And you need some place far out enough in the sticks that you can name your own streets, so the swattings have to be sent to "BIG DICK DRIVE, BIG BONE LICK, KENTUCKY" or similar. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Big_Bone_Lick_State_Park

Not quite to this level of Inception, but this is probably the best approach. The people/businesses that earn a living as registered agents for a plethora of clients would be susceptible to pressure. But I think any human can act as a registered agent, so really you just need a based individual in the Wyoming sticks.

Easier said than done, but damn there has to be someone in the entire state of Wyoming that would welcome the opportunity for troons to fuck around and find out.

Setting up an agency for the registered agent as an extra layer of corporate shielding still doesn't avoid the overriding issue that the acceptance of service requires a physical location with a real person inside it at posted business hours.

From the sound of things this is the overriding issue. I'm sure there are plenty of people who could do it, but they need a place to do it from.

Aren’t virtual office addresses a thing in Florida? Storage units? hire an actual convict fresh out of prison. They work for nothing, have very little connections, and are unlikely to be trans terrorists. Wait, this is all coming together. Chris is the obvious choice.

I don't think anybody here would last more than a month putting up with the inevitable tranny harassment campaign. And anybody that would last longer... I question their mental abilities to actually properly do the job. Very shitty situation that seems like it has no good answer.

Do you know this for a fact? How does e.g. inmates' First Amendment right to receive and send mail play into this?

I did read that w.r.t. federal prisons, the Bureau of Prisons does not allow inmates to operate a business, but even then I don't know whether that in itself absolutely rules out a federal inmate acting as a registered agent e.g. on a volunteer basis. And if policies rule this out in the federal system, are there equivalent policies in place in state systems throughout the country?

Of course, I presume the usual suspects would try to pester the prisons and officials to shut down such an operation even if it would initially be feasible, but might the laws in one state or another happen to be weird enough that they cannot intervene?

This is of course a bizarre long-shot idea from my uninformed self, but it would be extremely funny if this were the solution.

The agent needs to be able to scan Null's mail and email it to him. Inmates don't have access to the required equipment.

It's an interesting idea, though.

Maybe the registered agent could legally change their name to something generic like Bill Smith or Johm Potter, or take a page out of Yaniv's playbook and use a celebrity's name.

The problem is Al over at Big Al's storage and office space may sign a lease with Lolcow LLC and then immediately start getting death threats at 3 AM on his personal cell phone and cancel the lease. The other issue is a registered agent has to self dox themselves on a publicly searchable database with their home State.

I still feel West Virginia or Eastern Kentucky/Tennessee would be the most ideal solution here. Getting some cheap storefront to put a shingle up may require going in person though. These kinds of properties are cheap, but they are also not something you will find posted online by a realtor. They are very much "for sale by owner, call the number painted on the plywood".

After that, find a local yokel willing to do the job. They all have guns and if the tranny crew want to go to the Holler and cause trouble there are alot of abandoned mineshafts to hide the bodies.

No. Part of the legal requirements for incorporation or organization as an LLC is people are able to affect proper service and process on the entity. That means legal documents have to be able to handed over to an agent of entity. That is why they are called Registered Agents after all. They are allowed to act as the human representative of what is otherwise a non-human legal construct

Is it in general not legitimate for a Registered Agent to e.g. use a delivery service to send papers to whoever actually needs to handle them, if they're in a different location? Would this not be fundamentally the same thing, just with one more hop in between than usual?

It's expected the registered agent will forward them one or many times. The problem is how do you as a process server walk in and hand the papers to the registered agent/prisoner.
