[Resolved] Lolcow LLC needs a registered agent and is currently defunct - Update 14-Aug-23: We are now a WV LLC.

Depending on the state, the registered agent can themselves be another LLC/Corporation. And that LLC could use a 'normal' registered agent service to hide their registered agent's identity(or maybe just be their own registered agent). This LLC could actually offer to be the registered agent for other "Problematic" corporations.

The problem is the address of the registered agent is public and has to be available during business hours, so you'd need an employee of the LLC to sit in the trailer/shed/office during business hours and have it not be their house. But the employee wouldn't need to be named. But could still be at risk if doxing if someone recognized them.

Pretty sure the only resources the funemployed troons have is way too much time on their hands.

Unfortunately that's still pretty effective. Null's never going to be a valuable enough client for anyone to bother with the constant fucking calls and emails they'll get.

And he only needs 20k $ for it. And now he has a company in a country where it's most likely not lega to run the farms. An association on the other hand could be handy for donations. You get an address (only letters no parcels unfortunately) and bank account. Postfinance is owned by the government and they have to provide their services to all physical and LEGAL persons. You don't even have to register your association anywhere. All you need are two people (one can also be foreign e.g. Null) that write the bylaws and vote to incorporate it and vote for the board an president and you're done. You just need the bylaws and the meeting protocol and you are now a legal entity and can get the mail forward and bank account. Taxes only have to be paid above 20k$ profit.

Can confirm the PO physical addresses bit; this is a service with my now very expensive (~$186/yr) PO Box.

If I'm reading the law correctly, you don't actually have to have someone physically present during business hours to be served. I wonder if this isn't a case of misinformation being repeated vs actual reality:


My parse is, they'll mail it, which USPS ought to accept.

Cost of a registered agent (vs having a company to do it) is $100 (https://sdsos.gov/general-information/filing-fees.aspx). However, I'm pretty sure you can just designate anyone, such as "Dipshit Are Me" are PO Box XXXX.

The person to whom the PO Box is registered also shouldn't even be public information, should it?

South Dakota's residency requirements (for example, a driver's license) is only 24 hours, and only requires being in the state every 5 years or so.

if it can be done via a P.O. box and fake name then plenty of us, myself included, would be open to doing it. i'd be willing to drive to the post office once a week or whatever and scan his mail. thought id still take a few precautions: vary the time and day of when you do it, wear a hat, sunglasses, and coof mask, and park somewhere close and just walk there to avoid any tranny watching the post office from getting your car and license plate. doesnt hurt to be paranoid, especially when you know they really are watching you.

I would expect instead of a tranny it would be a "journalist" that would follow you to your car/house. They wanted Libsoftiktok and they got her. If you go through with standing with the farms, then you should expect to put your name next to the farm. It might not happen in the first week, month or year. It will happen regardless of your intentions due to this forum being against the ruling globohomo class and people with too much time on their hands.

You should take precautions regardless if you are helping the farms in a role like this. I would cation a more realist approach to how determined these scum are to life ruination of people they hate. They will find out your address and name eventually. They will call you and your family. They will kill themselves from their cronic pain. They will never be a woman.

I would imagine these people to be like dale in time they are able to waste. Only they cut off their dick and are working to get your entire family fired and your life ruined for wrong think.

I think you mentioned that you were in contact with somebody about being the registered agent on the last MATI stream, but the North Dakota government website has a list of registered agents. The only caveat is that the PDF only listed business names and not any contact information, but if you're interested, I can dig further to get the contact info for you.
