Watching the clip it sounds like the instigating they’re talking about is “walking by people”. That Ngo wouldn’t find that strange seems normal? And the collaborating looks to be him standing around.

Ngo does do ridiculously slanted coverage, but you could do better than citing unhinged individuals that are equally dishonest. Both antifa and proud boys do a ton of larping, but historically it’s the antifa side that believes the presence of right wingers constitutes them ‘instigating’ violence which has helped the proud boys and other right wing groups to look like martyrs.

Andy Ngo definitely has a bias and that is a bad thing because I've seen him represent things in the worst possible light on occasion. A bias means you have to check what he says that bit more carefully. That said, he's a useful source of information and there's an obvious double standard in how his bias is handled by Twitter and how Left Wingers biases are.
