Retards breaking/ruining old valuable stuff - Hey, it's their property.

r/Shitty_Car_Mods - This is almost a Donk

Among many other automotive abominations Donks have to be the worst.

I hate these people. Do they not realize there is a market for vintage stuff? Do they not understand they can make more from selling this stuff than from a shitty YT video?

Probably the salt they harvest from the tears of spergs upset by the destruction of said vintage items are more valuable to them then the money.

As long as it's not one of a kind items like the Xbawks Devstation gutted for a shitty gaming rig referenced above, one shouldn't get too butthurt by it. Especially not Kiwis.

Here's a Furry with a fetish for blowing speakers and other tech.

Just one of his many videos.
I have yet to encounter a normal person named “Garret”.

Gotta give an honorable mention to Waste Electronic Equipment Contractors in the UK. Effectively if you're a business and you have a ton of computers to dispose of you call these guys. "Got vintage server gear? Yeah nah we'll shred that. That's a nice pile of top spec Windows 98 PCs you've got there! No don't sell them individually, nobody will buy them without the HDDs because muh data security so just give them to us. Har har shredder go BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR". Assholes.

Bitch, this makes me fucking cry! I am fucking quaking right now! My ass is quenching so hard it hurts!!!!!!!

I think it hurts the most when it's malicious. The kid who nuked the Xbox Dev Kit? He's an idiot, but he hasn't done it to deliberately deprive anybody of anything or to intentionally cause anybody distress. He's taken something valuable and ironically likely used it to build a rig significantly less powerful than the one he'd have been able to afford if he'd sold the dev kit.

The ones that piss me off are the shock value assholes that destroy things which they can't see any value in but know the destruction of will enrage others. I have a number of friends in UK collectors circles and one of them told me his university had 3 SGI Indigo 2 machines. When they decided to get rid of them my friend naturally tried to get his hands on them (and what makes me sick is if he'd scored them I'd have been given one) The next thing my friend knew, the machines suffered an 'accident' at the hands of the tech who was moving them on a trolley having been told he was too late and they'd already been claimed.

Kurt Russell did this once.

Yeah, Jennifer Jason Lee's reaction in that scene was real when Kurt decided to go method acting. She always knew the guitar was a rare vintage one and was told to be super extra careful with it. Why the fuck everyone knew this except the other actor in the scene is a fuckup beyond incompetence imo.

*edit* just looked this up again. Kurt Russell knew it too, he just forgot to switch out to the fake guitar before smashing it. GG 'tardy.

Minor artifacts like this are frequently destroyed anyway. I remember a news piece about some early iron age? arrowheads found in Sweden? that were melted down because the museum that received them had plenty and no space available. Allegedly it's standard practice.
Also just white history the mystery meat minister didn't want to know about, or anyone else for that matter.

From what I remember too, the people that lent the guitar basically said they'll never lend a guitar again based on this incident. GG mongoloid.

I just remembered another vidya related one. Someone got their hands on a Game & Watch autographed by Miyamoto and cleaned off the signature for a tutorial.

I'm more doubtful about this one, though. The author said that it was fake since the console was sold by just 20$ from the previous owner.
Probably bullshit then, but who knows, there's always some misinformed mother or old person who sells this kind of stuff for cheap.

"The previous owner wrote his funny looking signature" reads like an intentional troll. Signatures on anything out of the ordinary look like someone signed it.

Chris-Chan's failure to treat Bob's record collection as the family treasure it was has always bothered me. I mean I get the collection likely wasn't worth that much monetarily, but Bob wanted to share it with Chris and pass it down to him as a legacy and Chris' disdain definitely seems like a retard ruining something old and valuable.

Sorry, but yes it was confirmed to be bullshit.

A video I saw on YT showed a bunch of multiple thousand+year old recovered artifact knife blades were fucking melted down and reforged as a single 'Damascus Steel' pattern-folded knife. I'll link it in a bit if I remember to, but one thing I DO remember was my automatic reaction of "WTF nigger! WHY??" until I heard that so many 'artifacts' like this had been dug up that they were almost valueless by this point. I somehow doubt that, and it bothered ME to the point where the people who actually sperg out about this sort of thing must have suffered a collective cornerary. wow

Aaah, here it is!
