Isn’t it crazy how so many of Rev’s videos used to have cropped porn in the thumbnails? And how so many of those videos were heckin epic le may mays that could easily attract younger audiences? Just a thought.

If you go back and look at those old videos he oftentimes will justify what he’s saying by disguising it under the disguise of something more innocent. (He still does this now but to a lesser extent). He does this by saying something like “THEY WANT TO BAN ANIME!” Before the entire video transitions to him talking about someone being (rightfully) upset about some anime sexualizing a character who is clearly meant to be a child.

The thing is if you read one of his titles and had no idea what he was actually talking about in the videos you might actually agree. Not because you support what he’s ACTUALLY talking about, but because you fell for the trap he set for you.

I was rewatching the RFC after hours where I originally found out about this video and I have a few more details to add. According to Nicholas Deorio, who read the book,
1. There was an entire chapter dedicated to talking about a characters breasts like the news report says
2. There was apparently also a half naked loli character in the manga
3. This is the image that was referenced in the news story with some censorship

Thanks to this fellow (who could improve his arguments, but I liked his tactics for what it is) - I could listen to the fuckface (Low Testosterone, I mean). You can hear in his voice how he has """grounded arguments""" on what he "believes".

I consume Asmongold youtube videos and this Rev Says Desu comes up far too often because he covers drama in the culture wars that the Asmongold subreddit updoots high enough to make him watch and react to this shit. I already didn't like his voice, but seeing it come out of a twig anime girl makes me angry and disgusted.

Thank you for your service in making and maintaining this thread, nice to see wedding photos right up front on the OP.
